  Great value, stylish stay, and surprisingly comfortable for the price. We paid under $95 a night and overall had a really solid experience. The hotel feels modern and well-designed, the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a good stay. Breakfast was included and covered the basics — simple but convenient. I do wish they offered yogurt as an option. One thing worth mentioning: the hotel is located right off the highway, so rooms facing that side can get some traffic noise, especially early in the morning. It didn’t ruin the stay for us, but light sleepers may want to request a quieter room. For the price and what’s included, this place genuinely delivers. It’s hard to find this level of comfort, cleanliness, and modern style for under $100 in the Chicago suburbs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

  Great value, just know it’s right off the highway Stayed here for under $95 a night and overall it was a solid experience. Room was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. One thing worth knowing: the hotel sits right next to the highway, so if your room faces that side, you’ll hear some traffic noise, especially early in the morning. It didn’t ruin the stay but light sleepers should request a quieter side. For the price and what’s included, this place genuinely delivers. Hard to find this level of comfort under $100 in the Chicago suburbs. Would stay again.

  The hotel is really good but I don’t give it 5 stars because the cleaning person has no manners she is very rude, my husband asked her for a toilet paper and very rude she replied to grab it he doesn’t know how to treat customers.

  The rooms and everything is fine, breakfast is good. My problem is I left my ring there. We were already at the airport about to board so we called asking if they could mail it. We had to call multiple times. First they said they would look for it. After not hearing from them we called back and they said they found it. They said they would send it but never took our information. We called back and they finally took our information and our credit card info to charge us for any fees when they send it. This happened back in March and it’s May. There has been no charge on my card for them to send it. The ring isn’t even worth any money but it means so much to me. It’s a special to me and I’m devastated I forgot it. I’m even more devastated they haven’t done anything to get it back to me. Also the front desk worker we talked to when we arrived was very short with us and seemed to not care. I understand it was late but after dealing with so much from the airport, it was just the cherry on top to a bad experience in Chicago.

  I had a wonderful experience at Best Western Glenview - Chicagoland Inn and Suites using their park, stay, and fly service. I stayed both at the beginning and end of my trip, and everything was smooth and stress-free. I parked my car there for about two weeks, and I felt completely comfortable and secure. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax before and after traveling. The customer service really stood out—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and check-out was just as smooth. The airport shuttle service was excellent—always on time, reliable, and very convenient. It made getting to and from the airport hassle-free. Overall, a great experience with clean rooms, outstanding service, and a very friendly atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport
