I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. Our house flooded and this was supposed to be a calm place for us to stay for a couple nights after an already really stressful week. Instead, it turned into even more stress. The first night, we found mold in our room. We brought it to their attention and they did switch our room, which I will give them credit for. But then we found mold all over the ceiling in the pool area. At that point, we decided we were not comfortable staying there with our two kids. The smell throughout the entire hotel is also really bad and honestly smells like mold. I can’t say for sure that’s what is causing the smell, but that’s what it seemed like to us. We ended up leaving and having to pay for a completely different hotel, and they refused to refund us even for one night. We were already dealing with the stress of our house being flooded, so having to pay for another hotel on top of that was really frustrating. Then, while we were actually in our room, the manager opened our door with his own key. Luckily, we had the safety latch on, so it only opened about an inch. If we didn’t have that on, he would have literally walked right into our room with my two kids in there. That was honestly really scary and not okay. When we tried to talk about getting a refund, the manager ended up getting into an argument with my boyfriend while standing inside our room, even though we never invited him in. The whole situation was just completely unprofessional and made an already stressful situation even worse. We were just looking for somewhere safe and comfortable to stay after our house flooded, and instead we had to leave, pay for another hotel, and deal with all of this. Definitely not somewhere I would stay again, especially with kids.

Trash. Hotel stinks like mildew. First room stunk and had a moldy drippy ceiling in the bathroom (poor maintenance no ventilation). They moved our room to a slightly less stinky and no mold in it I will say. THEN on day 2 my wife complained of mold in the pool area and asked if we could just check out early. MIND you this happened inside of our room because the manager forced himself inside of it with my two toddlers inside. He was super confrontational asking where the mold was and when I told him to check his pool he said okay. Then said no refund on our 2nd night because we didn’t give a 24hour notice. Crazy because if I’m due to stay for 48 hours HOW was I to check out within 24hrs. ZERO stars. PLUS all outside doors do not lock so any and everyone keycard or not has access inside of this nasty building.

Stayed here twice on a recent family road trip — on the way out, returned on the way home. Room was very clean, nice mattresses and bedding, good heat and pressure in showers. A bit dated with some wear on the carpets and in hallways, but overall a nice, clean, safe stop, great for a road trip. Several hot, fresh breakfast options. Friendly service. I’d return the next time I’m in the area.

My daughter in law booked a double suite at this Hotel which costed her a lot of money just to get treated like crap. Booking this suite on line she was told that she could have seven kids and two adults. The problem begin when she took the kids to the swimming pool to swim with a few of her out of town guess that stopped by to say HBD to her son who had just turned six years old. While setting in the pool area doing absolutely nothing but to help her assist with the kids to make sure they were all safe. I noticed the front desk person was standing in the pool area looking like he was very disgusted walking up asking my daughter in law how many people are on her guess list treating to call the cops on her as her six year old son was standing next to her crying saying mom I DONT WANT THE COPS TO COME CAN WE PLEASE LEAVE.He told us all to get out and to leave off the Hotel premises after my daughter in law explained to him about the double suites she booked on line and who was allowed to be in the pool. He was very rude and had a very nasty attitude. My grandson who’s six was VERY SCARED I would not recommend this place to anyone. The sheets on the bed wasn’t clean, The Jacuzzi in the room was not even working properly no hot water. I will be calling corporate about this he was definitely giving racist

I would never stay here again they were very rude, half the outlets in our suite didn’t work, our rooms were dirty, one of our beds had stains all over it! I paid for a patio suite with a connecting room and the patio doors didn’t even open. While we were in the pool swimming the workers came in there screaming at me and my guest threatening to call the police and made the kids cry! He tried to say I could only have 3 guest (2 adults and a kid) with me even tho I paid for TWO rooms and had 7 guest on my reservation!! We were the only ones in the pool area so we were not bothering anybody, the kids were behaving. There was no reason for them to be so hostile towards us. I’ve stayed at plenty hotels and have never been treated the way they treated us. Truly unbelievable and I hope they don’t treat all their guest like this! I spent over $400 for a terrible experience. So don’t even waste your money because there’s way better hotels in the area!
