  The service was very good, and the accommodation included breakfast, which was also good and varied. The hotel has a pool and spa, however, we didn't use them because we found the facilities poorly maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It also happened that the pipes could be heard when they used the shower or the jacuzzi, as if they were in the room.

  For the price it wasn't terrible. We were originally given the wrong room , but the guy at the front desk did upgrade us. The pool area seems very unkept. Very tiny, limited fitness area- if that's something that you're looking for. Both rooms seemed to have a very funny smell. It could be whatever they use for a carpet freshener. Employees were all friendly.

  Jay Patel really went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable in every way. I found myself in a situation I did not want to be in and there were no easy answers, not through any fault of the Hotel. Suddenly Jay had an idea, and did more work than I would’ve expected to make things ideal. Good people here.

  Bugs everywhere, pool/ hot tub discussing. Would never stay here again. Vending machine empty. Front fest lady had her ear buds in while assisting us. A bunch of junk outside the exit down in the basement by our room. Hot tub felt like bath water. Breakfast items stale. Trash overflowing in gym. Rust on water fountain in pool area. Dirty linen in our bathroom hanging up.

  The location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. However the room smelled like mildew and was so damp that my swimsuit didn't dry for 36 hrs after use. The hot tub was a concerning green color and was lukewarm to the touch. Couldn't use the balcony bc the ac unit from balcony above dripped on you. There is a lovely free shuttle that serves the hotels to take you downtown. But was told the wrong ending time upon check in. When departing the shuttle downtown at 3:45 I asked if I should just call to arrange pick up time. (Was told it ran til 6). Only then did i learn it actually stops at 4. So I had to walk 1.2 miles back to hotel when I was done. I did inform front desk about the correct time. I know that the 220/night price tag was a lot about the location/tourist destination. But it felt hard to take when so much was less than ideal.
