  Great place to stay. Anytime I'm in Decatur/Forsyth area, I'll stay here or I'll stay next door at the Fairfield Inn. I highly recommend!

  Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. I stood at the front desk for 30 minutes waiting to check in, and nobody bothered to help me. I literally had to call the hotel from the front desk just to let them know I was standing there waiting. When someone finally came out, he acted as if he had been sleeping and I was bothering him. The attitude was rude, nasty, and completely unprofessional. He asked me a million questions that had absolutely nothing to do with checking me in, which made the entire situation feel extremely uncomfortable and suspicious. He even told me he wasn’t from the town and that he hated it there. I was traveling with my two children, and they refused to let us check in, claiming the room was booked for two adults, even though I had already paid for the room. The worst part? They refused to refund my money after THEY refused to allow me and my children to stay. How is that acceptable? I have never experienced customer service this terrible at a hotel. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable, especially with my children with me. I paid for a room, showed up ready to check in, and was treated like I was a problem. Save yourself the frustration, the money, and the headache. DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! 🚩🚩🚩

  Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. First off, no one works the front desk. They leave a note giving you a number to call. It rings and rings just to hang up on you, even when you can hear the phone ringing in the room over. Dude will eventually pick up the phone while he is sitting in the next room over. You can literally hear him talking to you in the other room. Eventually they come out and help. Our first room didn't have a working tv and working remotes. They moved us to another room that also didnt have working tv apps. We said whatever and we'll stay but they moved us again because this room was now too cheap for what we paid for. Our third room also did not have a working tv apps (Netflix, Tubi, etc.). We decided just to stay in this room. The bathroom door didnt close all the way and the shower leaked at the faucet putting water all over the floor. In the morning, we requested a change of sheets. When we came back from our day, we were locked out of of room and had to request new keys. The floor squeaks constantly if you move or the people above you move. They charge you a temporary $100 to check in that is supposed to be refunded in the morning. but it has yet to be refunded 2 days later. Sheets were still dirty with weird black stains and blood stains. No wifi. You can constantly hearing humming and water dripping. If anything, I now know why this hotel was so cheap.

  The hotel is very well keep. The rooms are clean and safe despite the amazingly affordable price. The service was excellent, Mr. Mike (the manager) was exceptionally helpful. And the location is very convenient considering all the great food options and grocery spots around. 10/10 you should sleep here if you're in town!
