From the moment we arrived to every interaction afterward, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even something as stepping off the elevator, she provided a smile and a conversation, just making the experience feel warm and inviting. Kenya’s kindness, professionalism, and positive energy made a lasting impression on us. Because of her, we will absolutely be staying here again the next time we’re in town.

He was kind, efficient and did a great job. We also noticed the girl who checked us in the night before was still working the next day. We asked if she had worked all night and she confirmed it. We didn’t get her name, but she was great, too, and juggling several responsibilities. I am leaving this positive review specifically for the staff. I would leave a different review for management.

We had the entire family with, so we booked the suite with a pullout bed (The pullout bed was dirty with brown stains all over it). Upon entry to the room the floor was very sticky like something had spilled and it had not been cleaned at all. The hallway smelled like weed and the stairwell smelled like cigarettes. We found a stink bug on the door frame of our room as well. We asked for a few more towels down at the front desk and I was told they do not have anymore. The handle for the shower fell off as I turned the shower on. Just not a great stay in general. I would highly recommend never staying at this place.
