  This hotel offers excellent value and was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great, featuring amazing water pressure and an excellent shower head; just keep in mind that it takes a few minutes for the hot water to kick in and it does not last long, so you will want to enjoy it quickly. While we could hear the highway from our room, we were so tired that it did not matter to us. The breakfast was good, and the coffee maker and yogurt machine were a great find, plus the ice machine conveniently dispenses crushed ice. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, and the towels provided were nice, thick, and well above average. The property is still undergoing some renovations and the pool was closed, but neither was an issue for us since we did not plan to use the pool. However, you should call to confirm pool availability if you plan on swimming.

  Check in was made difficult even though I had paid on line. The clerk was unfriendly borderline rude. The pool had be out of order for over a month I was informed. Yet on the website this was only made known by a small x on the list of amities. However, maybe it would be better acknowledge by say large print over the picture of the pool on the website. Once in the room we were astonished by a knock at the door before I could even answer it a maintenance person let himself in the room. He stated there was a leak going into our room. Yet I did not see or hear anything . Shortly after we were moved to another room. The staff was all very unfriendly. As for any vending machines you won't find any on the property. You will need to drive to the nearest convenience store about a half a mile away. However, they do have an ice machine. 🧊 😂 Finally breakfast was found to be very disappointing. The gravy for the biscuits was cold the scrambled eggs were completely without flavor. To say the least if you do not want a bad experience I would advise you to stay at another hotel. This is the second bad experience with Best Western and I will not be returning to any of them .

  The evening front desk host, Danya, has been absolutely amazing! She has been so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating to our entire team and all of our families during our stay. She has gone above and beyond to make sure everyone feels taken care of, and we truly appreciate her kindness and amazing customer service! She is absolutely amazing! ⭐️👏🏼

  Me gustó el ambiente en el hotel la tensión del de la chica de resección fue muy linda y el personas de hoskipin nos atendieron muy amable toda la habitación estaba súper limpia me gustó mucho todo lindo el de satuno muy rico
