  Great service, clean, beautiful views, convenient location. The only complain I have is that the parking garage was clearly built by people who either hate their jobs or doesn't care about the people who will actually use the garage. The entrance and exit is the same slope but it could only fit one car plus the fact that it is also sloped at a 45 degree angle that made me really appreciate my 9 inch clearance. The spots were also not well labelled so everyone is just left to guess whether a space is a parking spot or not. Some cars are parked in spots that look like they could fit 1.5 cars while others are parked with barely any space.

  Tired and old with just a cosmetic facelift. The elevator hallways and air system smells of smoke. Bummer I couldn’t give a 0 Do not get any floor with #2 rooms if you do end up at this hotel. These rooms share a wall with both elevators and you hear them go up and down all night long Buzzing away. The WiFi didn’t work and the support number doesn’t work and the front desks answer was for me to go work in the lobby. Seriously? At close to $400 a night this three star hotel Is more like a 2 star. Btw they don’t serve breakfast so don’t go by that review. And as a diamond member, I requested a water bottle (every IHG property offers it unasked) and here the manager denied it at first and then said “well I can make an exception this one time” Shitty place. Lots of options in Evanston. Choose any other place. I bet it is better than this

  We stayed two nights but were charged for six. Staff refused to refund the money they took from our bank account. It ultimately took six days for them to return the $1800 that had been overcharged. We were traveling during this time, and not having this money available in our bank account created enormous difficulties. During this time, we called and left numerous messages and received no response.

  Stayed Sept 19 2026for a couple nights FYI no Bed bugs from reviews, could be people have them on them before arriving Idk, It was clean seen no bugs and this is gonna inform y'all in recent days I think people just want stuff to say🤦 Very helpful staff, when I walked in I was awkward had many questions and they were very friendly, rooms are very clean and spacious, even had big sized soap and wash bottles I was surprised. I love being able to control my own temp. Definitely great for the prices and in a good area around target and many places for food and strolls. Will be definitely coming back

  4.5/5 Stayed here for a couple days while visiting Chicago. Honestly its not that bad of a commute, I kinda enjoyed the wind down time commuting back from downtown Chicago and stepping out into a seemingly different environment. Yes the rooms are kinda dated and could be due for a update soon but this isn’t a ritz carleton or shangri la and I think if you go into it with reasonable expectations you won’t be disappointed. Service was top notch.
