BED BUGS! My child woke up to bugs biting his neck and back! I brought the bugs to the front desk in a cup. An unprofessional, disrespectful girl named Edin said those are my bugs not the hotels and it's not her problem. I had to take my son to urgent care to make sure he wasnt sick from this. This hotel is disgusting and I don't recommend it. The management never reached out to me to apologize or see if we are ok.

I wanted to leave a review for Clarissa! She’s definitely an amazing person! If you run into her during your stay, she is very sweet. She helped me with a personal issue during my stay and was very helpful! 5 stars due to the hospitality from Clarissa! Thank you so much for making my work trip memorable!

Stayed here two days before they changed names. Was Quality Inn. At the time lots of construction and one of our rooms the air conditioner did not work. Second day the air got fixed. Lost Quality Inn points due to the changeover.
