  Value for money place. Rooms & service: small rooms but comfortable beds. Bathroom was extremely small with sink outside of the washroom was bit strange. Service was okay apart from the fact we mentioned to clean our rooms on the first day when we went out, only to learn it wasn't cleaned. When called, receptionist said, oh it seems we missed it. That was very unprofessional and unacceptable. But they made our overall stay pleasant. Continental breakfast was very good and one can actually count on the breakfast at this hotel. Location: location was the highlight of the stay and hotel got plenty of amenities near by. We were not from the area so having lot of amenities near by went long way. Drive to downtown Chicago is roughly 45 mins but rush hour traffic can significantly impact that so one must factor that in. Overall we would recommend this place.

  Very nasty rooms. I complained so they switched me rooms. The new room was just as bad if not worse.

  If I could give this hotel no stars I would. They have roaches and refuse to accommodate when you tell them about the roaches. Even after showing proof they called me a liar and refused to refund me
