Stayed one night. Bed was comfortable and met our needs. Farhana at the front desk was so kind and made our trip extra special. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable morning before heading to the airport. Would stay again due to her hospitality!

We were in desperate shape after our air travel was disrupted by severe weather in Chicago. Everyone we encountered at this AVID Hotel was helpful, kind & efficient. From the checkin & check out women to the kitchen staff. The room was comfortable& clean & the bed was swell.
