Second time staying here, and honestly, it did not disappoint! I'm not a local and traveled 5 hours Chicago for my stay. The first time I stayed here was for a concert, and I came back again for another concert because I had such a great experience the first time. Once again, everything was great! First, the place is super clean. Second, the staff is wonderful and friendly. Third, it’s very easy to find your room, and fourth, the beds are clean and comfortable. I had absolutely no issues during my stay. They also provide toiletries, which is really convenient if you happen to forget something. They are mounted to the wall, but honestly, that didn’t bother me at all it’s still a great convenience. Just remember to bring your own toothpaste! Overall, I’m really happy with my stay. I felt comfortable, safe, and right at home, which is exactly what you want when traveling. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to the Rosemont area for a concert or event. The only downside: if you’re a very light sleeper, you may notice some noise from the planes flying overhead since it’s close to the airport. It didn’t ruin my stay at all, but it’s something to keep in mind. I’ll definitely consider staying here again for my next concert! ❤️

The staff made our check in amazing. We stayed during the NW Indiana storm disaster and everyone made us feel comfortable. The room was very clean. The bed was quite comfortable and we got some great sleep. The over all experience was definitely a 10 out of 10. I recommend this hotel hands down

We made this reservation online about 15 minutes before arriving at the hotel when our other planned hotel turned out to be very dirty. Management at Avid was accommodating and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for our late night check-in. The rooms are modern with great features that just make sense! The shower is huge and the soaps are Dove, which is a lovely change from hotel standard soaps and shampoos. We were very pleased with this hotel, it's a great location and parking was free! I would definitely recommend!

Stay away. I’m not sure how the room where someone peed in was approved for the next guest. The front desk was very courteous to move me to a different room, but it raises so many questions. The fact that they were not surprised. Probably the worst hotel experience in decades.

Highly recommend stay at. My flight was canceled and would give me back my luggage. They were able to get me the ensital I needed for over night. Highly recommend due to the cleanness and easy to get around with other guests stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.
