Great HOTEL, very quiet, prices are reasonable and the deposit is only $50!! Early check in is only $15, it comes from your deposit also. The rooms are very clean, no holes or marks on the walls. The bathroom and towels are very clean. By far the best hotel i have been in Chicago!!! A lot of space for truck parking also that's a plus. No bothering you EARLY in the morning about checking out or anything. EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME I MUST SAY!!!! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and just restaurants in general for any food lover.

This hotel is located 20 minutes outside of Chicago. The rooms are clean and it is in a good location with plenty of dining & shopping choices. The only downside is they have firm beds and our door kept sticking so every time we went into our room we had to force the door open which gave me a sore shoulder.

Breakfast was OK, but I stayed at best Western’s in Oklahoma City and Texas and they had a better breakfast with bacon sausage of sweet and sausage patties potatoes with sautéed peppers and onions in it.
We stayed for a couple of days, no room service no housekeeper to come and check and see if we needed Fresh liner or clean towels. My wife actually had to go downstairs to the front desk and carry up toilet paper and fresh towels.
On top of that, the Internet kept going on and off!
Rooms were clean!

The staff here is the rudest that I’ve experienced. I walk in and standing at desk patiently for several minutes. I hear from the other side of hotel someone yell I’m coming. I have my drivers license and credit card ready and hand her my license. She says rudely I need the other card. I hand her the credit card. She says not that one the other one. I have no idea what she is talking about. She says something other her breath I think basically that I’m not with some group at hotel. I am diamond status and always get thanked and offered a snack or drink but nothing from her. No biggie maybe off day. I ordered a king room and get there and it is 2 queens. The room is hot as you know where. The AC is off in summer.
I get a text asking if I need anything. I politely say I ordered a King room, the room was like a sauna and no welcome as diamond. She says sorry the thermostat is on the wall. I again politely let her know I found it but I ordered a king room. She said are sold out. Again I said but I paid for a king. She then in all caps (cut and paste from her text) : “ I am SORRY THAT YOU ARE IN A DOUBLE WE ARE CURRENLT SOLD OUT.”.
I’d avoid this place like the plague.

The staff was nice enough upon arrival. Also very polite when we went down to speak to them. I tried calling a multitude of times but is a busy place.
The room itself quite clean. Do not get the last room at the back of the first floor. Loud as hell due to the in and out and vending. Folks letting doors slam. As we attempted to set up we had a light with outlets that did not work. Unplugged behind the bed. Staff arrived fairly promptly to fix it. Also walking from front desk past the hotel laundry room proved to be asthma aggravating. Strongly scented, not unpleasant but strong.
There is guest laundry room and gym, appeared tidy from what I saw passing by. Nice seating in the lobby for breakfast. Finding a cart was not a problem.
As no handicap rooms were available we did accept a standard room. We discovered very quickly that the toilets are damn low to the ground. Being handicapped, we had to help each other up after use. Not even a full flush at times. And I don't know if it is first floor specific but the water level in the toilet seemed high. Water pressure in bathroom sink and shower were quite low. We checked with staff and were advised all the rooms had the same bathroom fixtures. Also housekeeping left the bathtub drained closed, takes a minute to realize you are filling the tub.
Some cobwebs on the wall at ceiling level. Otherwise clean. Shortly after arrival a couple of small flies and a moth joined our party of what was supposed to be two. We suspected they were coming from thr drains or the few times we opened the door of our room as we were so close to the outside door. Next morning daddy long legs and a centipede. Thank goodness though no signs of the truly pesty roaches or bed bugs.
Again knowing it is not a handicap room, the bed seemed high for a 5'5" girl like me. Pillows super soft, we found them rather uncomfortable. Mattress, meh. The bed sheet had the tag at the head side, but looked nice otherwise upon arrival.
I felt bad as the layout of the room wasn't horrible. Had a mini fridge and microwave. Ice bucket and coffee pot were also in place. Tv was big and bright. Not a huge selection of channels but enough. No signs of free available wifi. But appeared like you could stream on the tv. Just uncomfortable furniture and outdated fixtures. Before 9pm we already had reservations for another hotel. In so finding out that this BW hotel didn't even have our final night on the books.
This place does not seem suitable for the heavy or handicapped in our opinion. Other than attention to some minor details, and the outdatedness, the hotel is in a really nice location. Rigs are staged far from rooms so not much noise there.
The breakfast included was quite nice. Included a strong variety even if for a small area. The staff was standing by and very attentive to the needs of guests. The food was filled very promptly also. Certainly a better ending than beginning.
I don't think we will be back here without inspecting the rooms prior for some updates.
