  Pricey for what it is. It’s a nice hotel. But very expensive. You want breakfast? $27 a person. Not for anything extravagant. Just what most hotels have standard. Same with parking. They say it’s $63 a night. It’s not! There’s a bunch of taxes and fees attached to that parking spot. It’s actually $92.50 per night! I should’ve stayed somewhere else. That’s on me. I won’t be back.

  Es una larga historia pero no regreso a este hotel o mejor dicho dúo hotel, desde que llegas con dos lobbys por decirlo así, desordenado, no sabes si es holliday inn o Voco, yo lo reservé por que los Voco son muy buenos, pero este definitivamente está disfrazado, el servicio es de holliday inn, las habitaciones segun son modernas (no imagino las del Holliday inn) tienen goteras, incluso mi cama y la alfombra se mojaron con una gotera en el techo, el aire acondicionado viejo y los filtros no los limpian seguramente desde que los instalaron. La gente que limpia la habitación bien, pero se nota que los limitan en todo, toallas, papel etc. Le recomendaría a la marca que se definieran por uno y mejorarán las instalaciones, definitivamente no son de un hotel como los Voco. Soy Fan de la cadena IHG pero después de esto voy a revisar mejor sus hoteles antes de reservar.

  Perfect location, incredible river view, clean room, very good amenities (sauna & water filtration system, and comfortable bed) but the most important factor for my rating: Madison, the most professional, personable and knowledgeable! We were very fortunate to have her check us in and she was fabulous!! Please give her a raise or promotion!

  We stayed overnight and had a fabulous experience from start to finish! We arrived a little earlier than anticipated and Loretta was so accommodating and found us a room for early check in! Very unexpected and appreciate her for that! We had dinner and drinks at the Waterview Restaurant on site and it was delicious. Then before checking out we had breakfast that was very fresh and everything was very clean and professional! The wait staff and concierge were all 1000/10! We have already decided we will be back!

  We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn, and Madison was a huge part of that. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we got rooms with some of the best views available. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, giving us great recommendations for dinner restaurants and bars nearby. Her suggestions made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Madison, for the excellent service and hospitality! We really appreciated your help and would definitely recommend this hotel because of the wonderful experience you provided.
