  We enjoyed ourselves, the bar and lounge area was beautiful. The place was clean, we were checked in quick. They don’t have valet and the parking garage is across the street. Other than that a nice central location to the activities, shops and food we needed.

  Loved my stay here everything was very clean and very walkable with a lot of things close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kevin was great and helped me with all the questions I had during my stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

  I Stayed at voco Chicago Downtown - Riverwalk for three nights and it was outstanding from start to finish. The location is perfect, right on the Riverwalk with stunning views. My room was spotless and beautifully appointed — everything felt premium. A huge shoutout to Joshua at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful with my bags, made check-in a breeze, and we instantly bonded over our shared love of F1. That personal touch really made the stay special. Everything about this hotel felt top-tier — clean, convenient, and perfectly located. Highly recommend! I will be back before July Thank you Voco

  The good first, the food in the restaurant was delicious. The bar and restaurant also had great views. But the rug in the room was awful.The sheets didn’t fit the bed. They sent a housekeeper to give us sheets not even remaking the bed, just handed them to us. I’ve never seen anything like that before.No room service. Expected much more quality for the price

  I would like to personally commend Amy Romero at the front desk on the 15th floor. She had come down to the first floor & saw us struggling with 2 hotel carts loaded with suitcases & boxes. We were told by the clerk who checked us in that there was no who could help us take everything up to our rooms. When we got to the 15th floor she instructed a gentleman to help us up to our rooms. I had reserved 2 adjoining rooms & was assured by the young lady who checked me in that the rooms were indeed adjoining. When I entered the first room is was immediately apparent that she was mistaken. I went back down to the front desk on 15 & again Amy was able to straighten it out. We were moved to a different floor & into adjoining rooms. When it was time to check out we realized that we had never been sent the QR Code to retrieve our car from the parking garage even though I had given the ticket to the young lady on the first floor. Once again Amy came to our rescue & luckily she had entered it into the computer but never followed through with the text message. I would also like to than Xavier for his help in getting the 2 carts back down to the car & helping us to get everything safely loaded for our trip home.
