The room wasn’t giving king deluxe at all. It was very run down. Wall paper was peeling. The painting had a hole in it. The dresser was chipped. The toilet paper holder was falling off the way & being located by the stairs & Maintenance room constantly heard doors opening thinking it was people coming in our room. In the elevator heard another guest ask about how to report a staff member. Just a lot. Bed even was broken in some areas

We checked into the hotel for a family vacation. Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendliness and a slight wet smell. Once we checked into the room and began unpacking, we noticed that couch and floors were dirty and moist. After moving into the sleeping area, we noticed there was what appeared to be gelatinous bodily fluids on the curtains next to the bed. We “Immediately” asked to be moved to another room. We were moved into another room which was slightly cleaner, but still not as clean as we are used to in hotels. The AC did not work properly and the sleeping area was warm, while the adjoining sitting area was cool. We figured this was as good as it gets here. After our stay, our flight was delayed about an hour after we checked out. We asked to rebook the room for another night. We were asked to pay approximately 1,000 a night for a room we initially paid about $300 per night. Hugo, the front desk representative was apathetic and there was no manager on duty to assist. We opted to make other arrangements. We won’t be staying here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrible experience. Very rude staff and horrible customer service. The thermostat did not work. The room was extremely hot and humid. I went down to the front desk to ask if someone could be sent up. It took over half an hour for someone to get there at night. Then I went back down to the front desk a second time and was given attitude. Extremely rude guy at the front desk at night. Said someone knocked on my door for maintenance an just MADE IT UP when someone never knocked. Then the maintenance got there and told me the air conditioning was working fine. When it wasn't working at all, the fan wasn't working. Just making stuff up, extremely dismissive, very rude and aggressive have NEVER had something like this happen EVER.

The room was absolutely nasty. Our first room had bugs, so we had to switch to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also dirty, with hairs in bed and food scraps on the floor. When housekeeping came to change the bedsheets, she told us that the cleaning machine was not working. That does not excuse failing to properly change the bedding after the previous guest. For such an overpriced hotel, the level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The front desk asked to send photos to their email, but I never received any response from them. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Went for drinks at the rooftop and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. For starters, it was uncomfortably warm, which made it difficult to really enjoy being up there. Also, DO NOT wear skinny heels here. The wooden planks have very large gaps between them, and there are additional gaps between the concrete blocks along the walkway near the door. My heel repeatedly got caught and it completely ruined the leather around the heel of my red bottoms. For an establishment where people are obviously going to dress up and wear heels, the flooring is definitely something to be aware of. Cute concept, but between the heat and leaving with an expensive pair of heels damaged just from walking around the property, I was extremely disappointed.
