  Super nice staff there and very accommodating. The only hotel in 20 calls that had a front desk that actually answered late at night. Slow to refund $100 room deposit though . It’s been a week and still no deposit back .

  Check out is at 12pm, housekeeping kicked me out early at around 10:45am. There was a gentleman working at the front desk and was unnecessarily rude.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had to postpone my trip because of a serious eye injury that caused significant vision loss. I have medical documentation proving it. Despite this emergency, I spent weeks trying to contact this hotel through Booking.com, email, and countless phone calls. Even Booking.com tried to reach them and couldn’t get a response. I canceled my flights and every other reservation because of my medical condition. This hotel was the only company that completely ignored me. No replies, no support, no basic human decency. If they disappear when a guest is dealing with a documented medical emergency, imagine how they’ll treat you. Absolutely unacceptable. Stay somewhere that actually cares about its guests.

  I checked out this morning about 6:00 a.m. and asked for a receipt for my room charges only to find out I have been charged $5 from the gift shop and another $4.50 I never made any purchases that were supposed to be charged to my room from the gift shop. When I inquired about the charges and what time they were made they were made during a Time I was waiting on an Uber and I have the Uber receipt for these I have been trying to call the hotel all day to get these charges rectified however when I did get through they put me on hold for 48 minutes and nobody still came back to the phone I just spoke with someone with a very thick accent that told me a manager won't be in until tomorrow morning this is outrageous maybe I need to contact corporate offices because this is ridiculous.

  💖Our family stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites Chicago Downtown for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent. We were able to explore Chicago easily using the Blue Line and Bus 124, making it very convenient to visit many of the city’s attractions without a car. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience area on the first floor, where snacks, drinks, a microwave, basic medications, laundry supplies, and other useful items were available for purchase. It was clear that the hotel had thoughtfully considered the needs of its guests. Overall, this hotel made our stay in Chicago much more enjoyable and comfortable. We would gladly stay here again on a future visit. Thank you for a great experience! 😊🏨👍
