  Room service cleaning staff knock every doors at 8am sharp, wake up all the rooms. That was crazy. Trust all the other review.

  Super friendly staff! The bed was very comfortable with a firm and softer pillow on the bed. Room was clean, smaller for being upgraded to a suite but all needs were met. Recommend staying here 10/10!

  It's an okay stay, it's not on my top list of a Holiday Inn in this area, and I usually stay at Holiday Inns as an IHG member.

  I had a comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare Area by IHG. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in quick and easy. Its location near O'Hare Airport was very convenient, with restaurants and transportation close by. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would happily book this hotel again.

  Unfortunately, our experience with the overnight staff was extremely disappointing and significantly impacted our overall impression of the hotel. Around 2:30 AM, we needed assistance and called the front desk, but no one answered. We then went down to the lobby, where there was no one available at the front desk. When we eventually encountered a hotel representative and inquired about the airport shuttle service, we were met with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. Despite remaining calm and simply trying to ask questions and explain our situation, the representative repeatedly interrupted and yelled at us. Rather than listening to our concerns or attempting to assist us, she seemed more focused on arguing and proving us wrong. We understand that it was the overnight shift and that it was very late, but that does not excuse speaking to guests in a disrespectful manner. Guests should still be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, particularly when they are seeking assistance from the front desk. The interaction was especially disappointing because we were simply trying to understand the hotel’s shuttle service so that we could make arrangements to get to the airport. If the shuttle is a service offered by the hotel, guests should be able to ask about it and receive clear, respectful information. I also want to mention that the bed sheets had an unpleasant smell, almost as though they had not been dried promptly after being washed. While this may seem like a minor issue compared with the customer service experience, it added to our overall disappointment with the stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, this did leave a bad taste for this place, for anyone who may need assistance from the overnight staff. Good customer service should not depend on the time of day, and this experience fell well below the level of professionalism I would expect from a hotel.
