  Great for O’Hare but there are many other better options also in the immediate vicinity. The worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in, (Diamond Elite IHG/Travel weekly for work for over 10yrs). Rooms are in dire need of refurbishment. Please don’t stay here, I wouldn’t return even if it was free.

  View of the airport would be absolutely fantastic if the windows weren't disgusting. What's the sense in the view when the windows are so dirty you can barely see through them! We booked this hotel because it said they had laundry service, which we really needed after a week of travel. They had one washer and one dryer and we were denied use. We were told it was reserved for the other Staybridge (or whatever it is) hotel. The lighting in the bathroom is an absolute joke. One light around the mirror and that's it. No ventilation at all, so the bathroom fills up with humidity and completely fogs the mirror. The floor was also crooked, very crooked. We paid $285 for this room which was a complete ripoff.

  Buen hotel, el desayuno en el restaurante bueno, la comida, la atención en el restaurante no es la mejor, los precios altos, el hotel bueno para quedarse, aunque la ubicación es un poco alejada del centro de la ciudad, en todo caso, hay cerca una estación de transporte público

  My visit on July 26th was such a pleasant surprise. Arriving the lobby was so welcoming and sparkling. Registration as quick and easy. Front desk clerk Melly was so professional yet friendly and welcoming. I ask if it were possible to check in 3 hours early. Melly checked and seeing no room available took our phone number and called when a room was available. In addition Melly asked if she could store our luggage while we were waiting at Bar Louie. In no time at all Melly called to let us know our room was ready. The room was perfect for our needs. I absolutely loved the sheets, bedding and bathroom linens. All were so new and crisp. The mattress was nice and the room spotless. We met in the lobby at 4:45 am for the airport shuttle. The shuttle driver was helpful and friendly. The shuttle was spotless and an easy ride to the airport. Prior to reserving with this venue I had priced checked several hotels. This hotel was very wallet friendly and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying at this particular Holiday Inn. I left feeling appreciated and valued as a guest. Do not hesitate to venture into Bar Louie attached to the hotel lobby. The lunch menu is the same as the dinner menu. The drinks were great and Jenny provided such great guest service. Jenny was attentive but not intrusive. We mentioned we would be sharing the patty melt sandwich. When it arrived Jenny had it divided on two serving dishes. An 18% gratuity is included in your meal total price.

  I chose to visit this Holiday Inn while on a road trip that took me through Chicago. It's perfectly situated, location-wise. You have direct highway access to both the Kennedy Expressway and the Tri-State Tollway if arriving by car, while you're just across the street from the Cumberland station, allowing you to take the Blue Line to downtown or to O'Hare. I got situated in a room with a king bed on the tenth floor in the northwest corner of the building, providing me a great view of the Blue Line station, the office buildings across the street, and planes taking off from/landing at O'Hare. I enjoyed my experience, and plan to stay here again on future trips to Chicago. 😍
