  Nine years later, and the Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare continues to exceed our expectations. Our group stays here every year, and it's one of the highlights of our Chicago trip. The difference is the people. General Manager Murtuza Hussain, Sales Manager Vincent Ziga, Front Desk Manager Tevin Watson, and Stephanie at Bar Louie always make us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated. The rooms are clean, the food and drinks are great, the rates are affordable, and the free parking is a huge bonus for groups like ours. Thank you for another outstanding stay. We're already looking forward to making it our 10th year next summer.

  This weekend our group had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare once again, and I can honestly say it felt like coming home. This was our 9th year staying here, and every year the experience gets even better. What truly makes this hotel special is the people. The hospitality is genuine, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A heartfelt thank you to General Manager Murtuza Hussain, Sales Manager Vincent Ziga, Front Desk Manager Tevin Watson, and Stephanie at Bar Louie for taking such great care of us. Your kindness, professionalism, and commitment to excellent service never go unnoticed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food and drinks at Bar Louie were delicious, the rates were very reasonable, and having plenty of free parking made everything even more convenient for our group. After nine years, it's clear why we continue to come back. The Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare has become an important part of our annual trip to Chicago, and we truly appreciate everything the staff does to make our stay so enjoyable. Thank you for another wonderful experience. We can't wait to see everyone again next year!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food and drinks at Bar Louie were excellent, the hospitality was first-class, the rates were very affordable, and the hotel offers plenty of free parking, which is always a plus for groups. If you're looking for a hotel that consistently provides great value, outstanding customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare.   I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making my experience very enjoyable from start to finish. The breakfast service was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. Everything was well organized, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to recognize Stephanie for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and willingness to help made me feel truly welcome. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, and her dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Stephanie, for making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

  I generally do not leave reviews but i was handed a card at breakfast from the server with a QR code to leave a review. Shuttle: it worked no pro or con on this one for me. Polite driver, not overly comfortable ride but it was a short drive so i am not bothered by it. Front desk: i only talked to a few people at the front desk but some of the people were much more helpful than others. Room: room is ok at best, everything worked but the bed though it felt soft at first i woke up every night with extreme muscle pain, showers fine everything is fine nothing is spectacular. I do appreciate a hotel with a restaurant that offers a microwave. Bar Louie: this is my first time eating at a bar Louie i generally avoided hotel restaurants for a myriad of reasons but we stopped because we were hungry. This was a welcome surprise. Our starters were good and we came back for dinner, just a burger and fries and it was honestly one of the better burgers in a while. Gift shop: i really liked the idea having a fairly well stocked store on the first floor. If it was ever staffed. The best i can say is it looked inviting behind the closed sign in the window. Staffing: there is only one server at a time, which made use wait a long time to be able to pay our check, refills were almost non existent because she was so busy doing just about everything it seems that she could not come and check on us. I do not blame the waitress for this i blame poor staffing decisions and greed for how this happened. Breakfast: it is insulting extremely insulting when your generic bland generic breakfast buffet costs money. $14.99 for a plate of food that i could not bring myself to finish. The extreme insult that hotels serve this inedible slop combined with the shear evil and hatred required to charge people for this. Skip, for the love of all that is good in this world skip this trash. For the record i do not normally give reviews, but i was asked and given a QR code.
