  Oh my god Ms. Beth? Amazing. What a jem. It was first time to Chicago and this woman made me feel like I could gab to her like she had been in my life forever. What a wonderful woman. Such a GREAT attitude. Idk what that woman is paid but she deserves a RAISE. So professional but SO down to earth. She comes dressed to IMPRESS every day! She went above and beyond. When my company books hotels on Chicago I will request this location EVERY TIME. Ms. Beth ALONE makes it worth the visit. The beds? Not the usual plush Holiday but not bad. Rooms are usual holiday standard. No microwave in the room. But if you're real kind to Ms. Beth she will help you out. She ALONE made my Holiday experience. If there's one thing I've learned being a boss, its that your employees make your team and leadership great. Don't loose this one. She makes the hospitality above and beyond. She made me feel like being welcomed home by my mother.

  Horrible guest experience due to parking mishap. At check in, the front desk agent informed us we could either pay the parking vendor directly or have nightly parking charges directly billed to our room. Of course we asked to have the charges billed to our room for convenience. She wrote the license plate down and everything. A few weeks later there are over $500 in charges from the rental car company, stating citations from Metropolis, a bogus parking vendor that the hotel uses. They decided to cite my rental every single day I was at the property, instead of informing the hotel or me of “non registration”. Very fishy and scammy of them, they figured they it would be a cash grab. If the front desk person would’ve done their due diligence, this wouldn’t have happened, however it’s a regular issue at this property. I’ve had to make multiple calls to my credit card company, the hotel and rental car company to get this rectified which has been very frustrating and time consuming. $500+ for no real reason, I’m now awaiting for the general manager to void the charges so I can get a refund. Wish I never opted to stay here!

  Stayed for a week. Wifi didnt work (yes we signed in properly), no pool, $20 breakfast, no microwave in the room so I had to go all the way to the downstairs lobby everytime I needed to heat something up, some lamps didn't work which sucked bc there's no overhead lighting. The rooms are decent and tidy. Wouldn't stay here again

  It was an okay Hotel. I was quite surprised that you had to pay a bit over $17-18 to get breakfast. On day one when we got to our room, while showering we realized that our bathroom was clogged. We brought it up to them and they said they’d fix it and it didn’t get fixed till later the next day so we had to shower in slow draining water. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet though so i commend them for their hospitality and professionalism.

  Hotel is fine, room was clean, and hotel is decently located. But, beware of the parking setup. Front desk claimed that parking is a one time fee that allows you to go in and out, but I was charged multiple times for leaving and entering the lot by the outside parking management company. Highly recommend you park in lots nearby if you are driving your own car to this hotel to avoid getting charged $23 every time you exit the lot.
