  Wow, an absolute gem in the IHG collection! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was immaculate, fresh, and offered breathtaking city views day and night. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, fresh linens, and the room was quiet overnight. The 15th-floor lounge, bar, restaurant, and market area made for a great spot to relax, grab a great coffee or snack, and enjoy drinks and dinner. Plus, the location right next to the Riverwalk is unbeatable; lots of shopping and fantastic dining options just a short walk away. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

  Have to pay for parking, it's not included with your stay. Extra $62. Scammers as always. Can tell by the replies they give on their negative reviews that they couldn't give less of a shit. Someone needs to force them to care I guess

  The rooms here can be huge and super nice. It seems like a great value. The service is also great. Heidi helped me out big time with some stuff I needed. My top IHG choice in Chicago besides the Intercontinental, but the normal rooms here are better.

  I did not stay at the Holiday Inn but my positive experience is from having them host a room block for our wedding for our friends and family. Everyone said they had a nice & comfortable stay and that their rooms had great views. The process of setting up the room block and guest booking was easy and the rooms were a great rate for a summer weekend. Taylor S. was very communicative and great to work with. I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your Chicago wedding room block.

  I had a nice stay here on business for a few days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 15th floor lobby was comfortable with lots of places to sit and some coffee and food options. Conference rooms were spacious. The AC was a bit intense even for the ember of summer. The room was large and recently updated. The AC worked very well in the room and can be controlled in the room. There were lots of outlets. The location was excellent for getting to things in the city. However, some Ubers have a hard time finding the entrance which can be frustrating when trying to leave for the airport. The bathroom in the room was not very good. There was clear water damage in some spots and the faucet leaked a good bit and left the counter tops covered in water after each use. The bathtub/shower curtain didn’t span the whole tub and would get water all along the floor. The staff was helpful with providing towels. The fit was center was okay. Lots of space but not a lot of equipment. And there was no AC in there so it was very hot and muggy. Overall this hotel was fine.
