  The design and layout of this hotel is poorly executed and lacks functionality.The elevator placement was incredibly inconvenient,requiring guests to use two separate, non-adjacent elevators to reach their rooms.We had a dated room with no refrigerator.With all the hotels in Chicago,I wouldn't choose to stay here again

  The nicest and most helpful staff of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel itself is lovely and our room and view was amazing. There are so many places within walking distance that we only need an Uber a couple of times....and the Ubers arrived very quickly. A 10/10 stay and looking forward to rebooking for our next trip to Chicago.

  absolutely not worth what they are asking for a night. Was almost 900$ for 2 days. Fan in bathroom didnt work, musty room smell, AC unit visibly dirty, ironing board felt greasy, iron itself had a nick that cut one of my shirts. Shower was finnicky to get to operate, looked like mold starting on the ceiling due to no fan. drywall damage as well as wallpaper peeling in some places. A joke for what's supposedly a nice hotel. Asked staff about at least the bathroom fan and they said theyd send up someone to fix it, which never happened. The lobby and bar are cool, location is great. Dont expect to have any value friendly options inside here though. This would be a 80$ room anywhere else.

  Lobby / Bar modernisiert, die Enttäuschung folgt beim öffnen der Zimmertür. Selten haben wir so schlechte Zimmer bei IHG gehabt, man sollte nirgends genauer hinschauen. Der Höhepunkt war die Klimaanlage die vermutlich seit dem Einbau vor Jahrzehnten nie wieder gereinigt wurde und im Betrieb etwa die Lautstärke eines Traktors hat, keine Chance bei diesem Lärm zu schlafen. Aber es ist besser sie nicht laufen zu lassen wenn man sieht welcher Dreck dadurch verwirbelt wird, im Video ein kurzer Vorgeschmack. Vermutlich das bisher schlechteste Erlebnis einer sehr langen IHG Ambassador Laufbahn. Achso, verdammt teuer war das Zimmer auch noch. Alles ein schlechter Witz…

  LOVED our stay at this hotel for a long weekend to explore Chicago. We had a long suite room and it felt luxurious-such a soft and comfy bed, great bathroom towels, huge window with a beautiful view of the city, nice indoor pool, delicious food and drinks from the onsite restaurant. Very easy to park underground, great access to public transportation, so many cool spots to go nearby on the river. Couldn’t recommend enough, will definitely stay here again next time we visit Chicago.
