The front desk staff would not assist me in rebooking and claimed that the hotel was sold out that night. I rebooked myself on the website from the lobby. There were plenty of rooms.

It is quiet and comfortable! The service is not only impeccable, but kind and personalized. The above and beyond attitude the employees have here is something you won't find elsewhere. Shout out to the front desk employees, Lambert who brought our bags up for us and Brandon in housekeeping, (every property should have a Brandon), It was not only service that was amazing, but the employees genuinely want you to enjoy everything about your stay. Thank you for an amazing stay. Looking forward to a spa appointment today! I will see you for business and for leisure stays. Rm 3703

- SPStacey PalazzoApr 26, 20264.0Who doesn’t love the Four Seasons? And honestly, I hate to even nitpick because so much of the stay was top notch. But a broken toilet in the bathroom? Yikes. And somehow, items we never ordered—ice, even a lightbulb—kept getting delivered late at night, with staff knocking on our door. I’m guessing the room number mix-up, but still… not exactly ideal when you’re trying to relax. To be fair, the location is perfect, the staff was genuinely kind, the scent and flowers throughout the hotel are incredible, and the views are beautiful. There’s a lot they get right. That said, I’ve experienced other Four Seasons Hotels and they were so dialed in from top to bottom. This one just missed on a few details you wouldn’t expect from a Four Seasons. Dial it in. Stay beautiful.
- JFJames FaulknerApr 17, 20265.0We had a great stay at this hotel in mid December 2025. Service was great, close to Gold Coast and Miracle mile. Concierge and check in were superb. Great gym , and adequate restaurant. My only grip would be the creaking noise the rooms make when windy. We were on a high floor and the creaking was quite noticeable. Still did not detract from a wonderful stay in chicargo and I would return to this hotel for sure.
