  I did book a larger suite and I felt there could be a bit more given the cost. The room does not look like the pictures online (chairs are pink but look grey on the website, etc). I assumed small things such as a chair on the balcony, or planters, a bottle of champage,water/chocolate would be provided upon arrival. The people working were nice, but things were slow to arrive and I had to ask for a lot of things. I loved the hotel and the people, but there was something lacking in the suite. I believe it was 15K too...

  I stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago many years ago for the wedding of a friend’s father. Because my visit predates the hotel’s recent transformation, I cannot speak firsthand to its current design. At the time, everything was pristine, orderly, and maintained to the exacting Four Seasons standard. The wedding took place in one of the hotel’s handsome event spaces, and the property handled the occasion seamlessly. My room was comfortable and classically appointed, while the location near Michigan Avenue made the hotel easy for guests to navigate. In hindsight, it reminds me of the Four Seasons on Market Street in San Francisco: straightforward, highly professional, and more interested in disciplined execution than design experimentation. Since my stay, the hotel has been substantially reimagined, and the current version appears much more expressive than the one I knew. My experience belongs to an earlier iteration, but the fundamentals were already firmly in place. It remains an excellent wedding venue and a dependable urban Four Seasons in one of Chicago’s strongest locations. For travelers who value service, cleanliness, and consistency over novelty, it is still difficult to fault.

  My girls weekend at the Four Seasons Chicago was absolutely perfect from start to finish — and honestly, exactly what I needed for my first weekend away since having my baby. A huge part of what made it so special was working with Karen and Michelle on the concierge team. Every single recommendation they made was fantastic -- from the spa to a fun martini cart to a great architecture tour. But the standout was their recommendation for Hand & Eye — hands down the best experience of the whole weekend. We wouldn't have found it without them! Beyond the incredible planning, the hotel itself was beautiful and the whole stay felt effortless.The Four Seasons goes above and beyond. If you're looking for a hotel that goes the extra mile, especially for a special occasion, I can't recommend the Four Seasons Chicago enough. Such a memorable weekend!

  Sophia did an awesome job at check in. Alessandro was a great waitress at Adorn. Maddie was so vibrant and joyful with her presence and making sure I was in tune with the Chicago's lifestyle. Views were amazing. Pool was awesome. If something was off, they rectified the matter expeditiously. I hope to be back next year!

  The staff at Four Seasons Chicago is fantastic. Mark was our room service server a few times and was exceptionally kind and professional. And the food was delicious!
