  I have been staying here a few times over the last year, Regina has checked me in each time and each time she is so friendly and fast. Nice to travel to a different state and see a friendly helpful face!! This time we had a fun convo about our favorite pizza places in town. Until next time Regina!!

  Super expensive, ac in our room didnt work at all and we were sweating all day, microwave was non existent and we got a coffee machine instead, our room had random cracks and the bathroom vent was busted in, for $700 a night the room was really small

  This Cheapskate Hotel thinks that you are slow, they advertise on Priceline app or hotels.com that they have a continental breakfast,but when I got there and asked about it they said oh let me see if it's part of your reservations, that is a code for let's see if you paid for it, that is not a continental breakfast I would not have chose this place because that was a prerequisite for me even getting a reservation never even saw where you click something to get a continental breakfast included, I'm sure my price would have went up, they charge me $57 for parking why? Because they know there's no parking downtown or West Loop so they take advantage of you, they did everything but hold a gun to my head, keep in mind you got to pay $57 for An overcrowded parking lot, Also No microwave, I'm sure that's so that you buy their expensive restaurant food not that I wouldn't have, Even if I had one, there was a Young Latino reservationist who couldn't even find my booking and was quick to tell me oh it's not there even when I showed him the screenshot of the itinerary number, I almost had no place to go, I put in my search settings that I wanted a swimming pool somehow they dominate the search and appeared there, however they don't have a swimming pool why did I see this hotel? They won't get me again.

  Traveled for a quick trip for a concert. We arrived late and met by Vernell, he was fantastic. I realized I book a room with double beds for the three of us and we would have made it work for sure but Vernell asked and looked what they had available. He told us to hang tight and that he was going to check and circle back. He came back down and brought us to the room to ask if it would work for us. My family and I were blown away by his customer service to take care of us. I travel for work quite a bit and have never been brought to a room and asked if this works. Thanks Vernell, you have a good one Crowne plaza

  Wouldn’t stay here again. Had to wait 40 minutes for them to get my room ready upon my arrival when check in is listed at 3:00 pm. Employees were inconsistent in their service level. Some guests were offered complimentary water and cookies at check in. I was offered neither especially after having to wait on check in. They gave me 2 drink tickets that I couldn’t use at the bar. I arrived at the bar at about 4:30 yesterday evening and there was no bar tender. All the staff was away tending to a medical emergency. When the bartender finally did come she said the bar was closing. The room was just average with no complimentary water in the fridge and it wasnt all that clean either there was debris and hair in the hallway and under the sink! 57 bucks to park overnight too. Overpriced for what you get which is nothing just to say we stayed in the city. Will not be returning!
