  The hallways smell like pee. I was told to just pull off the parking lot and the app would register the time. I'm still calling the service for the parking because it's been 3 days and it shows as active. 1/10 tbh

  There is hidden fees. You have to pay for parking and its about $ 60 a day. The hotel had a really bad smell and on top of that our neighbors were smoking weed so the smells was even worse. My son woke up with a bad rash. The receptionist had a bad attitude the whole time and was not helpful at all. Do not book at this hotel

  We stayed here as part of a group tour, the location is excellent and an easy walk to all the main attractions of Chicago city centre. While the interior is a little dated, it suited our needs for the two nights that we stayed here. Breakfast was nice and a good variety of options. A special mention for Wallace the parking attendant, a wealth of knowledge with an amazing positive attitude.

  “A disappointing experience. This is a very unattractive hotel that really operates more like a motel. The facilities are outdated, poorly maintained, and in bad condition. The carpets smell terrible — like stale marijuana. The photos of this hotel online are misleading; the reality looks nothing like the heavily edited pictures. They clean the room every other day unless you specifically request housekeeping. I would not recommend it. The only good thing about this place is its unbeatable location.”

  This hotel is for couples and families that don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on a 4/5 star hotel in the city center but still want a quality hotel at a good price. Has parking onsite that allows you to park your own vehicle without valet service (do bring your valuables inside just in case). Location is great in the River North neighborhood steps away from restaurants, music venues, and other attractions. Price overall for the location and standard is very reasonable.
