Not at all impressed for the money paid. Def NOT a three star, maybe a 2 star hotel. I made reservations online. A restaurant was advertised. I also quiried for breakfast/ free breakfast and paid for what I thought clearly included breakfast. We arrived and the young lady informed me there was no breakfast. And the restaurant was closed. We could go, at our own cost to the neighboring bakery qnd they could provide a 10% discount. Not at all what we wanted. I asked that she call or test a manager that we had made a reservation w/breakfast. She informed us that we could talk with management around 10am. I informed them we'd be long gone att. Then asked the gentlemen if there was a bag cart. No help was offered. I was directed to the hallway by the bathrooms to find the cart. We loaded our bags on the cart, lugged the cart in. This morning there wasn't coffee out until around 7. My husband called for the car to be ready for 7. He got the cart and our car was still not there. It showed up finally. And as we walked through the lobby there was an awful smell like a dirty mop had been used and drying blowers on. We paid the $58 dollars for valet. No one else was there checking in when we arrived. The gentleman that was supposed to park the car had walked away. After we brought our luggage to the room my husband returned the cart, our car was still parked in the street. My husband asked the desk clerk if someone was going to park it. She seem not to know what car. It was the only one sitting on the street. 20/30 min later our cousin went outside to smoke and our car was still sitting there. This morning there were 2 men standing about not a one asked if we needed help. My hsuband loaded up the car, then one of the gentlemen can get the cart from us. Our reservation was for 3 people, the shoe box room we were assigned had two towels and had a slight smell. The room had peeling paint in a few areas and we found what we think was a Tylenol in the bed and on the floor. If your traveling w/out expectations of a hotel that is less than then stay here. If you expect any thing....go elsewhere. Absolutely 100 percent disappointed in this hotel, the hospitality, accommodations etc. The young lady at thr desk when we returned to pic up something we had forgotten was the only positive. NOT worth the money, not at all.

It was a mediocre stay at best. The people were friendly but the room was incredibly small, bathroom barely fit one person, and the rooms weren’t cleaned properly. I found a sock under the bed from a previous guest, and the floor was crumby by the night stand. Definitely not the worst hotel, but not worth the money we paid for it. Probably would not stay again.

The staff was so kind and friendly the issue isnt with them. The location was great. The issue is that this building is in dire need of remodeling. There is a serious moisture problem in this hotel and there is mold all over the bathroom. The humidity is not confined to the rooms it's the entire building that is humid. They need to makebthe investment into updating their ventilation system. Definitely bring your own pillow as well. The beds each had 3 pillows but they are so flat its like you aren't even laying on one when they are all stacked on top of each other.

I never post public reviews for anything but would highly discourage staying at this hotel for health reasons. My room had black mold in it, clearly documented, and nobody at the front desk took this seriously. They were not helpful beyond telling me to stay in the room overnight, until I could be moved in the morning. Short of sleeping underneath visible mold - I asked for a refund and cancellation so I could go somewhere else. They were no helpful with this either; they told me to reach out to the third party vendor that I booked the room through, and refused to cooperate with the vendor. Please don’t stay here - it is a health hazard and the staff is uncaring and unkind.

Went to the hotel a little early because I had a seizure and wasn't feeling well. My wife parked our car outside in the waiting zone, went in, and the clerk said the room would be ready in 20 minutes and gave us directions about parking vs valet. Wife came back out to discuss and we thought to wait the 20 and put me in the room then she'd go park. A man knocked on my door and politely asked if we were guests, we said yes and explained. He went inside, then came back out and circled around to my wife's door and knocked hard and rudely demanded why we lied. He said we weren't guests and he had asked the desk. We repeated that yes we were, we werent able to check in because our room wasn't ready. He again said we were lying and weren't guests at the hotel and he was valet so we had to leave since we weren't guests. Then he went up to the car that had been sitting in front of ours since *before we got there*, did a walk around it, and drove it off. The whole situation was bewildering and has made an incredibly bad impression at the start of our stay. My wife went inside and the clerk apologized and got us our keys for a room. My wife helped me into the lobby and left to park. When I saw the employee I went and asked for his name. He covered his name badge and asked why I needed to know, then told me to watch my language and quickly left the lobby. I hadn't used any words near pg...? I asked for a manager and explained the whole story and he did apologize profusely and said that the valet try to keep the area clear for ease of guests but this was not correct behavior. Then I had another seizure in the lobby. The staff were quick to assist, found my emergency contact info and called my wife and for an ambulance and stayed attentive while I recovered, was checked by paramedics, and delivered my luggage and items to the hotel room for us. So fun start to our stay, but the rest of the staff have been great.
