  The extremely expensive room was dark and tiny with a direct view into the office building next door. Fascinating to read what was on the whiteboard. The lobby was very loud and crowded. Had to hoof it up the stairs to my room because of the slow elevators and large lines. But my biggest complaint is the parking. It’s not posted anywhere on the website that parking your car in their discounted (still $40/day) lot means driving down the alley and crossing State into the Randolph lot…a stunt driving move on a slow day…and then navigating perhaps one of the sketchiest approaches you can imagine. Had I known this would be such a pain, I certainly would have booked elsewhere. Absolutely not worth the money, will not return. Do not recommend unless you’re under 25 and simply don’t care.

  We had a great stay, and a special shoutout to Dan from maintenance. We had an issue with our AC, and he came up right away to help us out. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Really appreciated the great service!

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall experience was truly remarkable. We booked through a third-party website and ran into a few issues with our reservation, but Allie went above and beyond to help us. She provided incredible customer service and took the time to resolve everything quickly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a fantastic overall experience!

  It was a very pleasant stay. It was centrally located to most must-see and we were able to walk almost everywhere. The staff was amazing! Our room was a bit funky as we would randomly hear pipes creak and the TV would turn on but not super annoying for us to ask for a change.

  Stayed here for a work trip. Beautiful, modern boutique feel. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were great in booking me a cab for a very early ride to the airport. It’s in a great location - walkable to many restaurants and the park. The rooms are a nice size, well appointed bathrooms and lots of nice lighting - under the bed lights are motion activated which is great if you get up in the middle of the night. Overall a nice experience. I’d definitely stay here again.
