  Good location. Restaurants and bars close. Nice neighborhood. Newer property. Our room was very nice 2 area suite style with lots of windows. Very cool

  Staff was great. Very welcoming. Rooms were ok. Some of the flooring was popping up. The biggest issue was that the AC would auto shut off so I’d come back from being out in the heat all day the room was also warm. Other than that the room was comfortable. The room also didn’t have a microwave. But the front desk had one brought up which was very nice. Work out area had enough machines that 5-6 people could work out. I had breakfast once (had a voucher). It was ok. But not worth an extra $16.

  When we found ourselves needing a room close to the Hospital while our newborn was in the NICU, this holiday inn was nothing short of exceptional! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as easy as could be so we could be close by for our daughter and for my healing. 10/10 recommend!

  Jeff and Josh were outstanding in the breakfast/bar area. Attentive to the needs of everyone and always there to offer assistance. I stay here for work related purposes and enjoy the stay every time. You can always expect to be treated well and greeted with smiles and friendly faces.

  Maybe I’ve been spoiled by other IHG properties… I read the reviews here ahead of time which helped temper my expectations. TLDR; alright for a night. Likely won’t stay here again, a very mixed bag experience First, the good: showers are hot, beds are comfortable, air conditioning is cold. We didn’t have or get bedbugs. The less good: Parking: I’m not entirely clear what the parking situation is. We fought for one of the 8ish spots between the buildings because the labeled lot was across the street and open to anyone and everyone. Hotel layout: There’s a wing of rooms that isn’t intuitively accessed. If you aren’t fully paying attention at check-in and get on the “wrong” elevator, there’s no signage to get you to the correct hallway. Room cleanliness: a random hair in our bathtub, another found in the sheets; crusted blobs of…something I wasn’t going to investigate on the sliding bathroom door and the door to the hallway. Kid found a beetle or similar bug crawling on the ceiling at bedtime, but who knows where that came from. Sofa bed sheets obtained from the front desk seemed clean though. No comment on the restaurant since it was closed for the night when we arrived. Baxter’s is in the same parking lot so we grabbed dinner there. We also didn’t use the pool or fitness center, though they both seemed fine.
