  We stayed there for 2 nights on a graduation weekend , Hotel was very busy but they took care of our needs, stay was comfortable there hot breakfast was good, it was on a very nice location near to mall and very close to university of Illinois Champaign,and also mention Agni and Jay front desk were both amazing

  Staying here wasn't worth my sanity. Is it worth yours? Consider the MANY nearby options. - They will advertise a pool, for there to be no such offering - They will advertise EV charging, for there to be ONE charger - They will wake you up at one in the morning to ask you to move your car from said charging spot - They will provide the worst quality fitness room water of all time - Their breakfast hours are horrid. Is this the boy scouts? - Their room A/C has been taken over by the dreaded wall thermostat - They will give you the worst TV OS experience of all time. Want to watch a show? 75% of the screen will be an ad loop, and the show's audio will be overwritten by the ad - They will edge you with a non-breakfast area coffee machine which is only available during breakfast hours? - They will take minutes to help at the front desk, and act surprised when you are waiting there - The Bathroom. Oh boy let me tell you about the bathroom. The design is so inhumane that it feels like a form of torture. The shower handle is in the wrong place, the door swings in the wrong direction, which would be fine if there was... maybe... SOME SPACE? Zero space in there, you will edge the toilet with your clean legs as you try to exit. Too much information? Try surviving the night at this hotel a night and tell me that wasn't helpful information. Looking out the window at the Candlewood Suites by IHG is a feeling which can only be described by the attached Spongebob image. This is why I have selected the "Great View" tag for this review. I have stayed at every major hotel brand, and will never consider Best Western "Minus" again. Comfort Inn brutally mogs this place's price and service. Best Western needs to consider some BP. I hope you reconsider your hotel decision.

  We stopped here while traveling through town. Room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly! Value of the room was good even with the $40 pet fee. We appreciated having a washer and dryer available to do a load of laundry.

  I had been sleeping on Best Western Plus! This is the third location I’ve been to, recently, that has been just awesome! Super comfortable beds! Clean rooms. Breakfast was so so. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back. Best Western Plus is winning my business!
