  Clean building, excellent workout room, friendly staff, spacious room. Location is on the North end near the shopping district with easy access to the interstate and two main North-South roads.

  Room and was clean but have couple issues. (1) Made reservation via booking.com, booked a King with Sofa-bed room but was given just King room. Hotel was having issues that day, was told they could not find my reservation but they already assigned a room for us. Both hotel staff and booking.com resolved the issue. Was not happy but glad it was only an overnight stay; (2) Pool was closed for the weekend and staff stated that it's announced on their website. I checked and found no announcement. I will not make reservations using booking.com and will think twice on staying with Best Western in the future.

  First, traveling as a single female there are certain precautions that need to be taken and staff at hotels should know this. No rooms across from the elevator, at the stairway, or on the first floor. Second, never should you say the room or floor a single female is staying on loud enough for anyone else to hear. WRITE IT ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND HAND IT TO HER!!!! Besides that, the place is dirty, and dingy. Every light was on in the room and it was still dark. The front desk girl was mad I didn't want the room across from the elevator so she put me at the end of the hall in a room with an air conditioner that sounded like a plane taking off everytime it kicked on, one of the pillows smelled like throw up, and I threw out the pair of socks I wore because they were filthy from dirt on the floors. You don't have to vacuum but you do need to mop and sweep them. Lastly, the area this hotel is located isn't the best. An empty mall, and a few blocks over very sketchy, I wouldn't be out at night by myself. I'm very comfortable traveling by myself and I can say this is one of my least favorites stays. Best Westerns are usually decent and I love the fact that they help people transporting dogs to their forever homes. This one however, needs some TLC.

  This is the best hotel. It’s so clean and so nice and I really love the staff and also the rooms are very cozy and it’s nice having porcelain floors even when you don’t have a pet because they are so clean :-) nice location in Good workout room.
