- SBSaheem BalochMay 9, 20261.0Incident 1 – Refusal of Room Key, Escalation, and Threat to Call Police On a prior occasion, our team attempted to check in an official guest whose reservation had been booked by our office assistant. Despite presenting valid identification and corporate credentials, your employee refused to release the room key, spoke rudely in front of our guest, and escalated the situation by threatening to call law enforcement. Only after contacting her manager was she instructed to provide the key. We were assured corrective action would be taken. Incident 2 – Verbal Aggression Toward International Guest Recently, the same employee again engaged in inappropriate conduct. An international guest staying under our corporate account politely requested assistance with a phone charger. The employee responded rudely, refused to help, and began yelling at him when he asked if she could contact our company representative. When we reported this to management the next morning, we were told, “If you have a problem, discontinue with us.”

Nice desk and a 3-level drawer under the TV. Beds are firm and not worn out. In room lifting is adequate. Bathroom is stocked with shower and sink soaps/shampoo/conditioner. The rooms don’t have much ambiance, which is the only reason I don’t give them 5 stars. The location is near major roadways with easy access to get around the region. Staff is available and helpful if needed. If I need a room in the area again, I’ll happily choose this Holiday Inn.
