  Rooms aren't so clean after seeing that when someone threw up in they pool they took no action to caring to clean up bodily fluid. Would not stay here ever again . A kid threw up in the pool they told everyone to not use the pool did not come and mob the throw up off the sides of the pool. Then once I kept complaining about it. They told me they will do it to make me happy . But I not once saw them do it. The next day the same pool noodles that had throw up on them which where mine btw was still in the pool the next morning so guest could play. If I could do no stars I would. Had a night manager argue with me over cleaning the pool. Also I reached out to another manager she told me she would reach out back to me and never did. I usual come here for my children birthday and rent out more than 2 rooms for the weekend. But never again seeing that they dont take bodily fluid seriously.

  1 star because there's not a 0 star. My husband and I arrived in the morning to let them know I had a class later so at 3pm he would be checking in by himself. They said no problem and put his name on the reservation and had me scan my card to put it on file. He wasn't allowed to check in until 3 and a half hours later once I arrived. That was a failure to communicate on their part. and a failure to be held accountible for their mistake saying they don't remember swiping the card to put it on file and that they were so busy even though we were the only ones at the checkin desk at 7am. My husband had to wait 11 hours total to checkin. Apparently they are booked up and yet we got a measly discount when we should've had the whole stay for free. They could've spared the penny to accomodate their mistake and they weren't even capable of that. Horrible service do not come her if you have things to do during the day. If you do talk to multiple people and document it cause they apparently don't have... access... to the cameras... in their own hotel to show we did in fact swipe a card to out it on file. Absurd.

  We have traveled a lot and were delighted to find the unexpected quality of this hotel. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating. They actually made up our room daily. A real treat when most hotels do not do that. The restaurant offered surprisingly tasty food and beverages. Much much better than the typical hotel restaurant. At check-in we requested a room upgrade and the front desk graciously accommodated our request. The room was very quiet with room darkening shades. Yeah! The shower had lovely pressure and even the complimentary coffee in the lobby was better than typical hotel coffee. Our stay here made dealing with a difficult family situation much much easier. We REALLY appreciated the quality that this hotel affords.

  El hotel muy bonito, acogedor y excelente servicio. El hotel es idéntico como en las fotos. La gerente Paty siempre al tanto y nos brindó un servicio de excelente. Nos encantó y se los recomiendo. ✨

  I want to take a moment to thank Patty for her outstanding customer service. I was in a difficult situation trying to find accommodations for my team, and she went above and beyond to help us. Even though the hotel had very limited availability, she was able to find rooms for us and provided a discounted rate that made a big difference. Patty was kind, professional, and truly cared about making sure my employees were comfortable and taken care of. Thanks to her, everyone is settled in and happy. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Patty, for making a stressful situation so much easier. We truly appreciate your help and hospitality!
