  Room was for the most part clean. We have a pet so it's safe to say that pet room are not the cleanest but this was nice.

  They really need to do something with the floor around the pool its so slippery kids fell several times ! We stay at this hotel everytime we.come to visit the grandkids !

  Most days I don’t have any issues I live in Texas and work here in Illinois sometimes I’m here for months. Every time this particular guy is here who is here tonight I have some kind of issue. I’ve stayed here over 3/4 months and has been a customer over the years traveling back and forth. Tonight he asks for a deposit because he smelt smoke on me mind you I’ve stayed here no issues no smoke issue no noise issues nothing. I wish they’d create one rule and stick to it. I only choose them because of the no deposit and military discount. But I will find somewhere else to patron and I don’t complain about the rooms not being clean and them not changing the white comforters on the bed bc I usually just sleep shower and leave for work. Even had used soap in the shower still. Thank you for finally helping me to just take my business elsewhere I’m kind of tired of the staff here mainly the men the lady is very courteous and nice and the dark skinned tall guy is very nice also and courteous.

  Free breakfast in the morning was good. The loby bathroom was disgusting. Room was nice but the microwave did not work. Still would recommend for a quick stay. It's located in a good spot with many stores around you.

  I hate having to leave a review like this because we travel for work and stay at Best Western properties all the time. In general, Best Western does a great job, which is why this stay was so disappointing. This hotel feels very outdated and appears to have been neglected for quite some time. There was a strong musty, musky odor throughout the building, including the hallways and guest rooms. The breakfast was underwhelming, with several items tasting stale rather than fresh. The biggest issue was the overall cleanliness and upkeep. The room wasn't absolutely filthy, but it was far from what I've come to expect from a Best Western. Housekeeping could definitely do a much better job. There was dust, grime in areas that clearly hadn't been cleaned well, and the entire property felt worn down and in need of attention. I actually ended up cleaning parts of the room myself just to feel comfortable. What disappointed me most is that this is a Best Western. I usually choose this brand because I know what to expect—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodations. Unfortunately, this location fell far below those standards. With some serious attention to housekeeping, maintenance, and updates, this property could be much better. Until then, I can't honestly recommend it. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously because this hotel does not reflect the quality I've experienced at other Best Western locations.
