    The midnight desk clerk was a tremendous help, I do not believe I have ever had that a great customer service. The only thing I would like to say that was wrong or not completely 100% was the elevator that was really slow it made you feel seasick. I would like to mention however the pool area to use the Jets on and have the tile not as slippery as it was. 9/10

    It is a good hotel for all types of travelers. The room is clean and spacious. However, the sofa bed could be a little hard on your back and the AC unit is a bit too noisy. The free breakfast is surprisingly good and way above average.

    EDIT: See Owner's reply below, does it sound to you like they care one bit? My name is on here, and if they were sincerely concerned they would contact ME. Waited forever at the counter to check in. Traveling with older parents, booked 2 rooms 8 months ago and they put us on separate floors. The furniture is all beat up and dusty, and the place is a wreck with bad service. I've been here 15min and I hate it already.

    Can i just say, its 2026, if you dont have your wifi figured out yet, Im not sure you should get any stars. The government housing; of establishments. Best westerns usually have a decent weight room, this one fails there also.

    Not a place to rest, very noisy, the children above our room jumped around until 4am, the bed smelled like someone had already slept in it, the desk in our room was propped up with a broken leg and luckily we didn't break anything or get hurt, the cleanliness was just not for me, the little bar attached to it , the gal, made us leave early because she wanted to close then went to her car and sat on the phone! Didn't try breakfast.
