- SYSheila Yang5 days ago5.0The rooms were clean and tidy. The rooms had everything we needed, minus a microwave (although there is one available near the breakfast area). The only thing we noticed was that there was some mold in the bathroom that seemed like it was from previous water damage. The service was great, though! Every receptionist we interacted with was friendly and gave us what we needed, whether that was a refresh on our hotel room, more towels, and even another room key. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we're very happy with the hotel. Protip: The parking is tight, especially in front of the hotel. Park behind. Breakfast is good and hardy. Tip the waiter.

I had a problem with my room which I will not disclose here, and he went above and beyond in order to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. He was also absolutely top notch. I only wish I got his name.

While she did not guarantee or overcommit to helping me she was able to accommodate as I had to hurry and get ready for a wedding!

Everyone we encountered was accommodating, kind, and genuinely helpful, from the front desk staff to the breakfast and restaurant staff to housekeeping. When you're already dealing with a difficult situation, the last thing you want is more stress, and they made everything feel seamless. We felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire stay. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism everyone showed us. I would absolutely stay at the Crowne Plaza again and will not hesitate to book here in the future. Thank you to the entire staff for making a difficult time just a little bit easier.
