The staffs are so friendly and polite. Congragts! If you need to go to downtown and you take a bus, unfortunaly theses buses get late. But the rest, the hotel is really nice and confotable.

The lady at check in could not be less interested in her job. There was a very loud party at the parking lot, it was hard to fall asleep with that noise level. I wasn't sure why management tolerated loud music right outside the window. The room was worn down, not very clean. When I left the next morning, there were beer bottles littered at the hotel's entrance. I understand Best Western is a budget hotel. While I don't expect a level of luxury, I would hope there could be basic quiet and cleanliness. The two stars are for the breakfast.

Update on day 2: Had a bite to eat with the GREAT breakfast layout and Brenda is such a pleasure! She is super smiling and helped me with the high tech pancake machine got me more milk for my raisin brand lol This hotel has beautiful spirited non jerk people that serve the building with class Great value Kind staff Super clean everywhere No weirdness Don’t charge 20 to 30 to park like others on street. It’s cRaZy 🤪 to pay to park on Cicero…. I will always return here if I am in area

The location is perfect for near southwest Chicago. A hidden gem for reasonable costs and close to many amenities. Check in was easy and Kye made our experience nice.

Stranded in Chicago without our luggage We missed our connecting flight- thanks SW!!! 😑 Chose this hotel based on reviews. Kye at the front desk greeted our weary souls with some laughter and empathy. We were given waterbottles and toothbrushes/toothpaste without even asking. First thing this morning, we see Brenda prepping breakfast. She greeted us at 6:05am like a Mama welcoming us to what she had ready, even though breakfast didn't start until 7. These staff were truly the glimmers in a really stressful hopeless situation. The room and bed was comfortable. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness.
