  Had a nice stay at the Best Western by Midway Airport. The room was clean and had a luggage holder for your suitcase, plenty of clean towels too. The staff were incredibly helpful. Stephanie was kind to get us a couple extra pillows and Brenda made a great breakfast and was always ready to help. Would definitely stay here again - great value!

  LONG POST - Nothing but positive things to say about Best Western Midway Inn &Suites. Thanks to Madisen made my first stay (4/28-5/1/26) was exceptional. He made check-in and check-out a breeze. Even when I extended me stay for an additional day.Upon chatting, I mentioned the reason I was in town, and explained that I'd be back the following week with numerous family members as well. Madisen assured that we'd get the same type of hospitality upon returning and started that if i had and questions or concerns about anything, I could always call. Once the family started making reservations for the following week, I called to inquire about us all being on the same floor, and that request was taken care of without any issues at all. EVERY family member that stayed at the hotel had nothing but good things to say, from the breakfast to the housekeeping, to the rooms and cleanliness, free parking. Again, Thanks, Madisen, and the entire staff at Best Western Midway Inn &Suites. I'll definitely be returning soon as I still have family business to take care of and I won't even consider staying anywhere else!

  Brenda was so helpful this morning. We had a misunderstanding with what time the breakfast closed and we had missed it by 30 min. Brenda had understood our misunderstanding and accommodated us. brought the breakfast back out for us! we really appreciated her and she made our morning!

  Brenda is a phenomenal host. Super helpful too. She preoares the breakfast like no other. All the front Desk people are great too. ( Madison in particular) Great attitudes snd customer service.

  I was expecting a fun, relaxing weekend, but this stay turned into a complete disaster. The room had a terrible smell as soon as we walked in, which was already disappointing. But the worst part was what we experienced outside—there was a large rat running back and forth right in front of the main entrance. We were so uncomfortable that we couldn’t even go inside. We called the hotel to report it, hoping they would handle the situation, but they told us there was “nothing they could do.” That response was honestly shocking. How can a hotel ignore something like that happening directly at their entrance? When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told no one was available at the moment, which only made things more frustrating. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and zero urgency to fix a serious issue, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend
