  I had such a great stay at Best Western Plus Bourbonnais Hotel & Suites! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I arrived. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made me feel right at home. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, which made my experience even better. The location was convenient, and the service truly stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

  I booked a suite recently, and it was incredibly filthy. And this hotel has so much potential if they put some more love and care to their cleanliness. The staff at the front desk was always very friendly. But when I got into the room, the smell was bad, the couch is stained and sunken in, the toilet hasn't been properly cleaned in a long time, there is brown matter on the walls in the bathroom (hopefully not fecal matter), filters for the heater/ac havent been cleaned in a long time, the windows leaks when it rains and it leaks into the a/c unit which probably causes mold and mildew inside it. Again, I'll say that this hotel has potential. But I wont be staying here again anytime soon.

  Housekeeping doesn’t come unless you request it. Windows don’t open. There is a literal spotlight blaring into my room from the parking lot. Sometimes the AC won’t work and you have to get up to turn it back on 3 or 4 times before it gets the hang of things and works. The TVs are not smart TV so you have cable and the cable does not work well. Breakfast is the same thing every day, and the coffee comes out of one of those instant machines that pours exactly one cup. The main problem here though is the noise - oh my lanta. Believe the reviews about kids running up and down the halls. I figured when I read that, it was a one time thing or maybe an event going on. Although it is a bit quieter on the weekdays, the weekends are a nightmare. Kids stampeding down the halls, screaming, knocking relentlessly on the walls. I cannot emphasize enough how insane the noise from kids is here. There are also dogs barking pretty consistently. Would not stay here again. All that being said, I’m giving two stars for the staff. The staff were excellent - very warm, friendly, attentive. Warmer than most these days and made me laugh. The staff deserve a raise.
