  Stayed at this hotel on 08/07/2026. I had very high expectations as photos seemed seamless in area seemed very safe and secure. Checking in was easy guy at front desk was very nice. We ate at the restaurant in hotel food was mediocre for being a "Holiday Inn and suites. " waitress is very nice, but she was the only one working and it got very busy so for a Friday night I was shocked that they had her doing bartending and waiting. Took our things to room went down to the pool. The railing to get in and out of the pool by the tiered steps was so wiggly and loose. We noticed the door was being "propped" with a rock after discovering this we decided to wrap things up and just go up to our room. I'm assuming that this door was being propped due to key fob on west side of hotel was not working, which was a major inconvenience for somebody who wanted to take the stairs on that side. Upon getting ready to get in bed at 9 o'clock after driving 10 hours, we discovered our pillow and sheet had blood and pink fake hair on it which was not from us. We called front desk from our cell phone because hotel phone in room was not working we were met with immediate sincere apologies and was told sheets would be brought up to our room. Sheets were brought up and we made bad ourselves last thing we wanted to be doing after driving 10 hours and having to be up early in the morning. And apparently checking out in person is a thing of past. I went down to check out and speak of my concerns I was met by another guest saying you just leave keys and get statement under door. At that point I was irritated and was just ready to leave for my event. I am very dissatisfied with my stay here. I wouldn't recommend hotel until the updated and fixed existing issues! I also tried leaving a review on IHG but for some reason "odd" reason I haven't been able to since reach out to IHG themselves. Weird if you ask me!

  My husband and I needed to extend our stay for one more day, we asked Zahira a Jim if that was possible they said yes. They were so professional, polite and answered our questions regarding the increase of price, we were so grateful, Holiday Inn need more people like them. Zahira a Jim thank you again and keep up the great job you are doing.

  Basic Holiday Inn comfort. Nice restaurant with take-out service. The room was Holiday Inn “nice” as expected, why else would I stay at a Holiday Inn. Thanks to the very nice front desk gentleman who was able to get me into my room early. Initially he told me that I would probably have to wait for an hour or so, which I had expected; however, he came and told me that my room was ready, only half an hour after I had arrived.

  Here’s a review that sounds genuine, enthusiastic, and personal: Jessie was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with. She was friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in what they do, and it really shows. If every business had someone like Jessie, customer service would be on another level. Thank you for making this such a great experience—I couldn’t recommend Jessie more highly! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
