  This is a great place. Jessie & Selena at the bar were absolutely wonderful staff. They were friendly, accommodating and efficient. They worked very hard to make the evening enjoyable. So much so that we wanted to make it back here for another night. Highly recommend this place.

  Checking in was an issue, but that's the fault of my company, but if I have the name and confirmation number of our company booking agent there shouldn't be a need for me to take extra steps. Its a little loud tonight with adults and children outside my door. Live and let live, right? The check-in process put me in an irritable mood. It does seem like a preferred place to stay.

  10/10 stay. amazing customer service. The bar was amazing. The server Jessi she was outstanding she made sure me and my friends were happy she made sure we stayed full on drinks and we were happy with our service. They were a few other employees I met But none of them made my stay as memorable as her I will be staying again and telling all my other friends and family about this place

  Llegando a la habitación, no servía la televisión ni el teléfono. Tuve que bajar a pedir que subieran y terminaron cambiándome de habitación en la cual tampoco servía la televisión. La persona que atiende el restaurante es sumamente grosera y prepotente. El personal de la recepción fue el único amable, aunque casi nunca están en sus áreas. Las instalaciones son viejas y el Personal de limpieza de los 5 días de hospedaje solo limpió la habitación 1 de ellos. En fin. Mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo.

  We booked this hotel for a stay and play for our baseball tournament. The gentleman working (stated he was the manager) on the weekend of 4/24 - 4/26 was rude. There was no sign stating that we couldn’t have food in the lobby area so our team orders food to have together in the lobby and because there was an event going on they were told they couldn’t eat it there and had to go outside and eat it. The boys were freezing! Then they were playing in the pool and got yelled at for playing with a ball because it accidentally hit someone. I’m just in shock at the fact you would have this location as a stay and play for kid baseball teams and then it be this way. Maybe next time don’t list your location as a stay and play for a kids tournament if you have an event going on at the same time.
