Bathroom counter and faucet had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. There were toothpaste splatters all over. Because the shower basin is low, water floods the bathroom floor and creates a slip hazard. The mattress was horrible. It was sunken in, and every spring could be felt. I did not use the pool, but I had no desire after looking in the window. The hot tub was roped off with caution tape. There is a large piece of ceiling missing; looked like it fell and was never repaired. The positive - lobby and staff are very nice.

D U M P . Does not deserve the IHG name. Needs to be a Super 8 or Motel 6. Zero standards here. Going to sleep standing up.

All in all an average experience for an average hotel. I will say given the amount I travel this hotel had one of the worst bathroom layouts with almost no lip on the shower so water just runs all over the floors given the shower curtain mount is outside the short lip. Only other thing notable is that the whole hotel, every floor had an odor. I can't quite put my finger on what it was but there was a smell.

We stay exclusively in IHG hotels. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I’m shocked IHG permits this location to use their name. Room door was sticky, room itself was incredibly dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Pull out was stained and gross. TV did not turn on. Bathroom was scary and door wouldn’t fully close. Hot tub broken for greater than a year. This place is trashy and not worth the money/points. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place earned it.
