  The front desk lady was not friendly. Pool room was literally 98 degrees in there so couldn’t even go in there. Asked front desk to adjust the temperature, they did nothing. Room was not clean and smelled horrible. First horrible experience!

  Overall happy with my stay. Room was clean, the late night attendant was very nice and helpful especially after a long stressful trip. Small thing to improve on would be improving indoor signage to have it look a little nicer. I was a bit worried when I first came in, improving lobby appeal would help I think eliminate those feelings.

  I’ve stayed here multiple times in the last month. It has been very consistent, staff is kind, rooms are clean.. shuttle is consistent. Thank you to Vega and Gujan for always being kind and proactive and continuing to welcome and accommodate me. -Simone

  Used the park and ride. The hotel is nice, modern and clean, that is the pro, the park and ride was a terrible experience. First, the booking system, they send multiple text requiring mandatory details. You respond but receive no confirmation and they keep sending it! Makes you think they don’t have your booking but the truth is, the lady at check in just keeps resending mass texts regardless if you have already responded. The shuttle drivers play inappropriate music for minors of the ride to and from the airport. The return pick up is just as chaotic, wrong information, obnoxious driver calls and tells you , you are in the wrong place when you follow the instructions. They tell you they won’t pick you up if you don’t register, they still wait and take longer to leave the airport. They only pick up at one terminal, once a hour . The parking at the hotel is a short walk away but the driver thinks it funny to drop you off in pouring rain well away from your car. Actually told us he was doing it BECAUSE it was raining ! Terrible system , badly executed by people that don’t care. There are better options so best to avoid this hotel .

  Clean and spacious room with a comfortable king bed ( room 221). The lady at the front desk didn’t seem to care and checking in to this property was a bother to her. She was not pleasant at all and very curt! I was checking out some hours later (345 am) and whoever was at the front desk took a really long break as the couple that were waiting before me and another family with 3 young children waited for awhile and left when the shuttle came. I actually left the property around 410-415 and the front desk was still left unattended. I called from my departure gate at ORD at 623 am and spoke with Thomas and told him that several parties were trying to checkout but the front desk was left unattended for an extended period. He was unapologetic and offered a series of excuses. He sounded like he had just gotten up. I’ve been to 4 Holiday Inn properties this week and I was really disappointed with the treatment from this lady and Thomas and Additionally, this property charges a $50 security deposit, while others charge $25. IHG needs to be consistent. I’m a Hilton Honors Diamond member (46 nights ytd) and have been seriously considering turning more of my business to the IHG brand. This IHG property stands out so far with its lackluster service! Other than that, it’s Consistent with clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Update, 4/25/26-Gunjan called and apologized for my less than stellar experience . I appreciate that and may have rated the venue more harshly than I needed to.The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Make sure to request the venue to refresh your room every day!
