  It's ok. The other hotels in the area must establish a low bar for this hotel to have maintained a 4.4 star average. This hotel provides a solid 3.8 star experience when compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations across the country.

  Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Service and Pure Comfort! We booked on Hotels by Day about an hour before so we expected to wait a little to check in. They got us in right away and we had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at the Holiday Inn! From the moment I walked through the doors, the front desk team made me feel genuinely welcomed with a smooth, efficient, and friendly check-in process. ​The room was spotlessly clean, wonderfully spacious, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable—giving me one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time—and I loved the choice of firm or soft pillows. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made staying connected effortless. ​Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was super convenient, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. ​Holiday Inn truly nailed the hospitality experience. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service!

  Excellent customer service - we had a problem with the shuttle where the driver did not pick us up. We ended up waiting an hour for the shuttle. But, when the hotel heard about this, they called us to apologize, retrained the driver, and refunded us 50% of our parking fee. The customer service sets this hotel apart from others.

  I booked this hotel via Booking.com which showed me an amazing rate for this weekend, much cheaper than comparable hotels. Honestly, it may have been a price mistake - but the booking went through & was confirmed. So I thought, OK, they have a deal with Booking.com to sell their unsold inventory, I’ll take it, great! Yay me! So I didn’t make any other plans! But when I went to check in - they told me that my booking had been canceled. And that “the manager had tried to call me several times to let me know”. But there were NO CALLS at all. And she gave me a weird number as mine that “they called” - that I said wasn’t my number. So I asked if they could honor the booking - she said, they were sold out. Then she said “oh wait a room just came open for a Queen room, I can give it to you for $499!” I said, wait, if you were sold out & it just came open, can’t you give that room to me instead for what I already paid? And suddenly the room mysteriously disappeared! “Oh wait it’s gone, someone just took it”. She told me to call Booking.com and I’m on hold with them, but while waiting, I said “here’s my number - it’s on the app - no one called me at it! Then she made another excuse - we tried to charge your credit card several times and it was declined. My card is great. Further BS. And the Booking.com charge is still on my card - it hasn’t been cancelled & no money has been refunded! It’s plain and simple, there was a pricing mistake, perhaps including an agreement they had with their partners & they didn’t honor it. Instead they dropped me for someone who could pay a lot more & then blatantly lied to my face about it with no remorse and/or apology - and now I’m scrambling to find a place to stay at incredibly high last-minute rates. I don’t say this lightly, but I wouldn’t trust the hotel & this management in the slightest & I’m going to contact the national brand about this!
