- PRPat Roberts5 days ago1.0Was the nastiest place I have ever been in. Was told we would have about a 30 minute wait for our rooms to be cleaned. There was trash all over the rooms and other people's belongings in the rooms. I would not let my dog stay there. Manager became very rude when he found out we were going to different location and would not give refund even tho we made reservations ahead of time.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast provided various options to choose from and guest services were wonderful. I'd like to personally thank both Andrew and Julian (the night and overnight crew) for their exceptional guest services. They were welcoming and friendly and just made us feel welcome and safe. They were helpful when needed and just made the experience that much better.
