  When a location is a extended stay it should have all the perks of such. When I checked in everything was fine no problem at the front desk. Got to the room there was 0 batteries in any of the remotes so couldn't watch TV. I went to call the front desk from the room phone..guess what it wasn't even hooked into the wall. Didn't even have a cord in there to do so that's a safety issue in my book. So I had to walk down to the front desk. The guy tried to act surprised....blamed it on housekeeping. Next I booked this location because of the kitchen there was nothing in there. Literally no pots no pans no cups plates bowls. There was 1 knife and 1 spoon. Also microwave didn't work either would not heat. So again I had to walk to the front desk. Told the man there what happened he said let me come see. About 20 mins later he showed up with a microwave saying the last ppl told him about it but they went in and just noticed the light was out on it. Also it had a two burner stove only 1 of the burners worked. The water pressure also sucked in the shower was basically on a slow trickle and the water wasn't hot. There also isn't a ice machine at all in this hotel and they didn't have ice trays in the room so you could even make your own ice. If it's going to advertise as a suite with kitchenettes it should have those amenities in there. Should be no way I can't use the kitchen because nothing is in there. Charging full price for a room when your guest can't even use the amenities as they should be able too is crazy. I ended up staying one night. When I went to check out I told the guy at the front all the issues and he just looked at me like what ever. I was traveling with 2 little children as well. I payed almost 150 for that room. Definitely wasn't worth that price with all those issues. I'm not sure what happened but I stayed there years ago and it wasn't a mess like it was this past weekend.

  Old hotel and not cared for by staff. Our room was dirty upon arrival. Sink was broken, water pressure is minuscule. And we found & killed a roach in our room. Disappointing for a usually decent chain of hotels. Don’t stay here.

  Hotel was gross, fridge had food left over from other guest, roach on floor, and a friend on another room had their cookie bit into overnight. Booked for 2 weeks left after 2 nights

  This place needs to be shut down. Dirty, roaches and mice. Rooms are filthy and not worth your hard earned money.

  Had a one night stay. This place was really reasonably priced. The building/facility is showing a little age but, the staff was attentive, the rooms were clean and ideal. We only needed to travel a few miles to get to our intended destination. No continental breakfast but, they have a great pantry that has all sorts of things you might want. This would be a great place for an extended stay. Full fridge and a double burner hotplate/grill stove top and dishwasher along with the items a kitchen might need. We were very happy. Thanks!
