  The rooms are spacious! The beds were comfortable, shower was great, plenty of towels ... CLEAN! I passed on breakfast, but my husband said it was really good and great selection. We travel fairly often and this was definitely a top 5 stay!

  I just went there for dinner with my parents and we all ordered fish and chips and that was the worst tasting fish I have ever had they did however take it off our bill and they dont have a very big menu and they have taken stuff off their menu that I liked nothing on the menu sounded good except the fish and I sure was disappointed

  I travel for work and am in a different city/state every single week. Needless to say, I stay at A LOT of hotels. I can honestly say the staff at Holiday Inn Twin Falls stands out in a way that deserves to be recognized at the highest level. The property itself is great - close to Shoshone Falls and other attractions - but what truly makes this hotel special is the people. The staff went above and beyond in a way that felt genuine - not scripted, not transactional, but like they actually cared about the experience of staying there. Particularly - Willy, Julie, and Deb. There is something incredibly rare about walking into a hotel and immediately feeling welcomed, remembered, and taken care of as if we had known each other for years. These folks created EXACTLY that feeling. Every interaction I was met with kindness, conversation, professionalism and an attitude of "how can I help" rather than "that's our policy". What impressed me the most was the way they worked together. You could tell these folks care about one another, care about their guests, and take genuine pride in where they work. That is not created by a general manage, it is not created by the corporation, and it does not happen on accident. It is created by the people who show up every day and CHOOSE to make someone else's experience, better. I sincerely hope that the GM of this location and leadership team, take the time to recognize these employees individually. They are the reason guests remember a hotel. They are the reason people choose to come back. And they are the reason a hotel becomes more than just a place to sleep. To the entire Holiday Inn Twin Falls team: Thank you for being the kind of people who make traveling feel a little less exhausting and a lot more human. Your work matters, and it absolutely does not go unnoticed. MANAGEMENT: Please recognize your staff. You have something special here.

  The hotel room was very comfy. A/C worked great! The best part was the amazing lady named Julie, who works in the dining room! She is by far my favorite person at this hotel! If you stop in, make sure you see Julie!
