  I was only going to stay one night but, I was impressed with the hotel and the local area so I extended.

  The staff were welcoming and friendly upon checking in. I had to make 2 separate reservations to combine a work trip with a personal trip. They connected both reservations and I was able to keep the same room and not have to check out. The room was large, comfortable, clean and nice. I was happy with my stay there. The only disappointment was that we had dinner at the Duke's Grill that is in the hotel, I ordered the prime rib and my food was cold. I will definitely stay here again.

  Pros: Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and responsive. Location is convenient. Plenty of parking. Dining and shopping close by. Cons: The pool area has an obnoxiously strong chlorine odor. It was almost hard to breathe in there. They definitely need better ventilation or something. The hot tub vents only worked part of the time. The waitresses at the hotel restaurant were rude and the service was painfully slow. Food was decent quality, but the serving sizes were smaller than expected.

  Front desk was an amazingly, pleasant experience. Warm smiles and greetings that should be standard for all hotels. Kudos Twin Falls Holiday Inn

  Very nice hotel! The staff and manager were excellent. Although breakfast is not complimentary, I think it’s worth it. The food here is amazing, tasty and fresh, and the quality of the amenities is also very good. Many thanks to the management team of this branch. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back! :)
