  They removed all coffee from the rooms. No coffee maker , must be a cost cutting move. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had known - unfortunate as I am an active holiday inn express customer .

  We spent one night at the Holiday Inn Express in Twin Falls as we were passing through the area last month. We had two 1-Bed King Suite rooms. The rooms were clean, quiet, had a lot of space, and they had a very comfortable bed. The furnishings and decor are the standard Holiday Inn Express, and are pleasant enough for a hotel stay. The room was comfortable. The suites are large rooms and gave us plenty of space for re-packing our luggage for the flight home that we had the next day. The rooms were also very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was well stocked and didn't run out of anything while we were there. They had a decent variety of items for breakfast, better than a lot of hotels, but not as good as some others. Everything was prepared properly and tasted as expected. The breakfast area did fill up and they ran out of tables after we arrived, but the hotel was at full capacity, so that sort of makes sense. We did not use the pool or fitness area, but both looked like they were well maintained. The property as a whole looked like it had been updated recently and was in great condition. The exterior was well maintained and had nice plantings round the building. The staff was efficient but not overly outgoing. There was a small issue with the reservation on one of our rooms and the desk clerk took care of it, but showed frustration in doing so. She was also quite abrupt with the guests that checked in just in front of me when they asked some questions about things in the area. It left an impression with them because they mentioned it when I came across them in the elevator later that evening. I also encountered one of the staff outside the hotel before checking in and said good evening to them, they didn't look up or respond. The next morning, I passed another employee in the hallway and said hello. They walked by without saying anything in return. All in all, this Holiday Inn Express is a good place to stay if you're visiting Twin Falls. It's clean, and has a comfortable bed. It is centrally located in Twin Falls, and there are plenty of restaurants and businesses in the area. The hotel is quiet and reasonably priced.

  I wouldn’t feed their breakfast to my kids or my dog. The breakfast always seems to be a last minute thing for them. The only thing they get right is making sure the butter isn’t frozen.

  We had a stellar experience. The staff was super friendly, cheerful, and considerate. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The entire stay at this hotel was tremendous. I highly recommend this property.
