This property is supposedly a "Best Western Plus". It may have been 10 years ago. The hallways smelled, the carpets were filthy dirty and it had a run down feel. And for heavens sake, please stop getting the toilet paper wet just to have a "cute" bow. We checked in about 5 pm and the wet spots were still damp.

When we got into our room midnight July 4th with my husband an 3 kids , our sink was clogged & our fridge had stuff in there that was not ours next to the microwave was still dirty.. have stayed here muti times but just this time was very upset for my experience.
Wow!!! What a GREAT hotel, will stay again definitely! Comfy bed, yummy keurig, huge fridge, nice microwave, yummy festive breakfast, awesome *24 hour* hot tub and pool! Safe parking lot, lovely front desk staff, nice ice machine, stairs and elevator make it easy to get to room. HOT fresh shower and fresh clean fluffy towels. What more can you ask for!

Neighbor above me was really loud stomping around most of the night!! There were gnats in the window and flying around I managed to kill em with Lysol. Probably not staying here again.

The hotel itself was pretty much what you’d expect from a typical chain hotel. The room was clean, and overall I had a decent stay. My only real gripe was with the tipping situation. There was an envelope in the room encouraging guests to tip housekeeping, but right next to it was a notice explaining that rooms would not be cleaned daily during multi-night stays. It felt odd to be asked to tip for a service that wasn’t actually being provided each day. More broadly, tipping culture in America seems to be getting out of hand, especially at large hotel chains where guests are already paying premium prices while receiving fewer amenities and less service than they used to.
