  Compared to other best western locations this one is kind of run down. The rooms are a bit tired. The pool area is decent. The room cleanliness was not thorough. There was someones toe nail clipping and a lot of unknown residue on the bottom shelf of the nightstand, right next to where I was sleeping! So gross! Certainly not what I want to see. What else didn't get cleaned? This is not up to best western standards. The carpet in the rooms and hallways is beat! The breakfast room is big, as this hotel is on the larger end of BW hotels. This location could really use some work. There are some brand new hotels in the area that are just slightly more expensive. If you book ahead it may be worth looking into other options.

  Nice hotel. Redone rooms. Very nice for 2.5 stars. Good breakfast.

  We don't live anywhere near here but we make it a point to stop at this specific location. Its a very nice hotel with a larger than average pool and a better than average breakfast. Rooms are clean and the hotel is conveniently located close to lots of restaurants, a Costco gas station, a Tesla supercharger, and the nice park area around the bridge. Only negative was the one oblivious breakfast eater blasting audio out of his phone for all of us to enjoy. But that's not the hotel's fault.

  Thank you all so much! My son , dog and I were on our way to Oregon from Eagle (vail),Co. to drop him off at college when of course Saturday night noticed an oil leak. Of course next day was Sunday so got a room to have car checked the next day! Was hoping simple fix so got late check out then after check out passed sitting in dog area with all our stuff still hoping would be ready Nope so had to book two more nights. Everyone working Aug 9-11 was very nice helpful and even got us our same room back. Sorry not before had to change sheets but thank you!!! They have a beautiful pool but with giant anxious dog wasn’t a chance to use because he would have howled and got us kicked out lol!! Only reason 4 stars on location because with no car and large dog there wasn’t a lot of places to walk him so not their fault. Other than that you could walk and find anything from hotel! I highly recommend this place to stay! Everyone we encountered in twin falls was kind and welcoming thank you again!! We did find the dog an awesome highland core costume which he loves ! Sorry only picture I have of hotel rooms !

  The check-in process was very pleasant and attentive. The room was a good size and clean. Everything in the room was is working. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good for starting the day and getting back on the road. The place is quiet and safe. A great place for a stopover or a stay of a few days. Stay without worries
