  The staff weren’t particularly friendly or warm. They weren’t rude, but we definitely didn’t feel very welcomed. The room itself was okay and fairly priced, but the bathroom could have been much cleaner. The toilet had heavy stains, and the bathtub had noticeable stains on the mat as well. There also seemed to be some miscommunication among the staff. One day, we received a message that we needed to move rooms next day before 11am because maintenance had accidentally been scheduled during our stay. We got everything ready to move, only to be told later that no one knew who had told us and that we didn’t need to move after all. Overall, the price was reasonable and the room was adequate, but cleanliness, communication, and warmer customer service would have made our stay much better.

  Alexander went above and beyond to help me out. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place and again. Alexander was a rockstar!

  Overall a fine stay. We were here for 5 days and 5 nights, and most nights were comfortable. The AC can be a bit loud but it works as a white noise machine most of the time. The bathroom was fine. It the towels were a bit worn down but they did their job. Breakfast is between 6-9 which is a tad early and maybe would be nice to go till 9:30 but thats more personal and of you have kids. The staff were friendly and helpful when you needed to ask them something and did a good job on keeping an eye on the food in the mornings. The food was fine but if you're staying for 3 or more days it gets a bit repetitive. It would also be nice to have some more dairy free milk options or at least have them on request. My family have stayed here a few times now and we will probably keep coming here. Another thing that is nice is it's right next to the gas station and freeway entrance/exit.
