  I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ashley, one of the managers at the Holiday Inn Nampa by IHG. I was previously a guest at this hotel and, during my last stay, experienced ongoing housekeeping issues. Despite making multiple requests over several days, my room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom was not serviced, the trash was not removed, and the bedding was not changed. When I returned and mentioned my previous experience, I expected a professional response, an apology, or at least an effort to address my concerns. Instead, Ashley became defensive and insisted that housekeeping had serviced the room, which was simply not true. Rather than trying to resolve the situation, she walked away while the front desk receptionist was attempting to book my stay and later claimed that corporate had advised her to deny me accommodations. This level of customer service is disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a hotel charging approximately $230 per night on a weekday. When traveling away from home, guests look for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, I was made to feel dismissed and disrespected rather than valued as a paying customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Management should focus on accountability, professionalism, and treating guests with the respect they deserve.

  They didn't give me the contract right away. I said I would be staying for three or four days. They said they would charge me for four days upfront, but if I left after three, they would refund the difference—yet they never did. They claimed it was due to their new system. I checked in on Sunday evening and checked out at 5:00 PM on Wednesday; they charged me $913.

  Cheap place they don’t even give you free breakfast, you pay $200 for a room and they want you to pay for breakfast. I’m not staying here again. The Fairfield by Marriott inn. is down the road, much better than this cheap money sucker hotel.

  Stayed here last weekend after traveling to Idaho for a wedding. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff that made sure we had everything we needed, and gave us info on the area and things to do.The bar and restaurant inside the lobby was so convenient and and the food was delicious. The rooms were spotless and didnt have the usual "hotel smell". Pretty much the cleanest bathrooms, they literally looked like they were in an expensive 5 star hotel...the tubs shined, floors spotless, we were pleasantly surprised. Not sure when we'll get back to Idaho, but we definitely know where we'll stay.
