  Lobby and entry way very dirty. Stayed that way from evening to morning. Coffee in lobby was decent. Room was very clean. No kleenex. Garbage bag was put in right so that we could use it!!! That's a big deal. Our room overlooked the entry.our room could have been quiet.... but for the air conditioning unit. Sounded like a 18 wheeler reffer truck parked in our room. Sounds like the other side was very loud from the freeway. Staff was friendly Breakfast started a little late. Thank goodness for all the pillows. Bed is firm. Curtains are great for keeping out the light.

  Fantastic hotel. Best one I’ve been in a long time. Large/ clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Pool is spacious. Very clean. Love it

  This newly renovated Holiday Inn Express met all of our needs of comfort, quiet, spaciousness, and attentive customer service. We felt warmly welcomed by everyone. Retha, who works at the breakfast area, stood out by delivering us exceptionally positive, attentive and caring service. Thank you, Retha, for creating such a great finish to our stay.

  I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM. After checking in, I headed to my room following a five-hour journey. While showering, I felt the floor vibrate and heard loud traffic noise; I looked out the window and saw the highway right in front. I went to reception to ask for a room change, but there was no other availability. The only solution offered was a refund, meaning I would have to find another hotel at midnight. Terrible customer service. A hotel's purpose is to provide a place for people to sleep; if you cannot meet basic requirements, perhaps you should just close down.

  Not one to complain much but I want to protect others of bad experience or get it fixed— the receptionist here, Leah, was awful. It’s crazy she’s customer facing at all. She was rude and incompetent. There are a lot of details but in short my company shipped a package here, she told me “they sent it back” and refused to look for it, because the room was booked under the name of my company’s travel team manager. She also told me they couldn’t take me and didn’t offer any solutions. Not one. Rude the whole time. The manager Julia was great, she was actually accommodating and kind, she found my package which was there (sorry Leah, it was actually there you just were too lazy to check). I don’t know what was wrong her.
