  The location was handy (it was so nice to escape the Boise traffic), the staff was helpful (Gerardo was amazing on check-in!), had clean and comfortable bed, hot water for the shower, space for bags and to move around, and our 10# Yorkie was welcomed and comfortable, too! We didn't spend enough time on site to utilize the amenities, but it was a nice stop along the way.

  Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash. The mattress is only slightly more comfortable than sleeping on a hard floor. The sheets are the cheapest, roughest polyester sheets I've ever seen. I have eczema, so I got to sleep in my clothes to avoid my skin contacting these awful sheets as much as possible. Between that and the back killing mattress, I'm leaving this review instead of getting the sleep I really need right now. I'd have been unsatisfied with this room at half the price, but considering what we paid to stay here, it's truly egregious. I'll never stay at a Best Western again.

  Clean environment, clean comfortable beds, generous white linens. They have a good buffet style breakfast that is pretty good better than most. A lounge that serves food opens at 5 till 10. Tv's are streaming Netflix etc. They have a hot tub and pool with towels. It was quite nice stay everyone was friendly and efficient at check in and throughout the stay.

  Stayed 4 nights, 2 rooms between me and my sister with her teenage son. Overall pleased, but not sure we would stay again. Service was fantastic. Rooms were clean and spacious and modern. Mobile check-in was smooth, even when the kiosk wouldn't scan my QR code (they had keys ready). Breakfast had small selection but was satisfying. The walls/ floors/ doors/ windows did little to dampen noise. We all struggled to get to sleep before 11pm each night. Which was not helped by the firmness of the mattresses. I've stayed in 8 hotels over the last year, and these were the most firm. I had requested extra pillows but was told "you already get 4" (I didn't push it because I didn't want to be flagged as difficult). The parking lot is shared with the Civic Center, which meant that the lot quickly filled in the early evening for events. There was even a sign saying that parking was only for the evening's production of Frozen. The hotel allowed creative parking, but that was also very limited and did not accommodate ADA, which were all taken by the Civic Center guests.
