  The services that were provided are top notch. I’m happy with the rooms and the center yard to be able to have fun and the pool was great. I recommend Best Western Inn to anyone staying in Moscow Idaho area. My one question is would it be possible for Best Western Inn to look into working more with digital wallets to bring the room keys to the phone like some other hotels have. The key cards are an outdated thing, I have to keep the card separately from any electronics or else it doesn’t work. I would like to see if there is a possibility for them offer hotel room access through the phone in the near future for a more modern and convenient approach? Otherwise I’m so happy with my multiple stays and looking forward to the next!!

  We booked this hotel for our high school football camp, coordinating travel from the Puget Sound area for 50+ athletes, charter buses, meeting and banquet space, and a tight schedule. From the very beginning, the customer service was exceptional. Jordan and Trevor were absolute standouts—professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was handled seamlessly. Communication was clear and proactive, logistics were effortless, and any last-minute needs were met with a positive, can-do attitude. Hosting a large group of teenagers isn’t easy, but the staff made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The property was well-organized, accommodating, and perfectly suited for a group of this size. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner for this event and would highly recommend this hotel to any organization planning a large group stay or team event. We will absolutely be back.

  No coffee in the lobby in morning. 2 mornings in a row the coffee machine is broken and thermos was empty. Not a good morning here.

  We were very pleased with this spacious, updated hotel. The king sized room was very clean and spacious. The updated shower was really nice with thoughtful amenities: shower knob opposite of the shower nozzle, all shampoo and soap provided, easy step in shower. Spacious, well-lit interior hallways, a very nice central courtyard. And a very well stocked breakfast provided in a spacious dining area. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this location.

  This hotel has been amazing to stay at. The staff, rooms, amenities, and location are truly amazing. I have stayed here for approximately 120 nights since October of 2025 and it has always been a wonderful stay. I couldn't thank the people enough that make this place a second home for myself and a large amount of my coworkers.
