- MFMichael FornesJun 20, 20262.0When I signed up for the reservation with IHG resorts, I began receiving a dozen sexual spam messages every day. Give them a fake email address if you can. Otherwise, the hotel is great; a little expensive, but worth it for the location and hot-tub. They do not have a breakfast service, but a food related convenient store in the lobby. Actual breakfast restaurants are around the block.

When we contacted the front desk all there said was they would make a note of it, after getting in late and having a tired cranky 2 yr old, the last thing we wanted to do was fully make the bed. In our other room the garbage disposal smelled so bad, and when we were loading up our items to leave the luggage cart fell apart :(! The girl at checkout was great but other than that not a good experience!

Any problems I had they solved right away me and my daughter have stayed at a couple different places but this one was the absolute best if I ever have anyone needing or looking for a hotel or place to stay I will 100 percent recommend this place and if I am ever needing a place to stay I will come back here! I am so grateful for candlewood suites and everything they have done for me if you’re looking for a place to stay come here!

My room was dirty upon entering they were holes in the bathroom and closet doors, dented up refrigerator door looked like there had been a physical fight in there. There was coffee all over the wall above the TV like they didn't even care I brought this up to management and they said well it's their busy season lol. Total lack of customer service booked 14 nights checked out after 10 they refused afford a refund after they resold my room basically robbing me of 360$. Furthermore I went to use the ice machine and a giant black gooey glob of something came into my container and I nearly ate it it looks to be like black mold I recommend nobody ever stays here and on my end I'm going to contact every platform and leave a truthful bad review save yourself the trouble You're only going to rip you off and put you in a dirty room.
