A guest Found a dirty needle in their room and had broken appliances not to mention these guests also had kids in that room.. so they requested A new room and then the hotel was OVERCHARGING their card double for a new room and other unauthorized charges and failing to refund the amount like was told to them? Upwards of 1000$ for a stay?! Do better Best western!! Disgusting place here in Idaho. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A CLEAN SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUR FAMILY.
- SMStephanie Shelley MailmanApr 13, 20261.0This place was amazing when I stayed april of 2025 this year we went with my family 4 kids myself my husband and it was and still a week later a complete nightmare, their was 4 inch screws left in our room from remodel, the microwave was not clean, the hit tub was cold, worst of all their was a SYRINGE left in the bathroom that thankfully my children did not find the service here is horrible I don't know what happened between then and now but I do not recommend staying here especially if you have children they moved us rooms again the microwave was not clean and lots of dust still have not been made right !!! I am thankful my children are safe as my youngest is 5 and he would not know that the syringe is harmful to him etc cause he is not exposed to dangers like that completely disgusting and I have called and emailed several times over the last week and Laura doesn't answer or make right on her customers her word is also not good cause she lied to me multiple times about calling me back !!!
- KPK PApr 1, 20264.0It was clean and has been updated. The gentleman at check-in was very nice. The housekeeper? Oh my, what a piece of work. We were packed up and ready to leave when, at EXACTLY 11am, she knocked and asked if we had decided to stay an extra day. I dropped something, and when I tried to pick it up, she raised her arm to make a big show of checking her watch. If I were leaving stars based on her alone, it would be 1 at best.
