    We made our reservation on Expedia but when we got there we were told the "new manager" canceled our reservation with no explanation and no notice. They got us a new room, eventually, and we thought that was that. Two days later we check out and they tried charging us for over $500 MORE than we were originally booked! We called back to see why we were being charged almost $800 for 2 nights we were given the run around... and then eventually they agreed to refund us part of what they overcharged us. Terrible service from the manager. And to top it all off....I stepped on a worm INSIDE my hotel room and there were gnats in the sink.

    Fantastic service. There were homemade cookies in the evening . We had a magnificent view of the hills and river. Only downfall was the tub was plugged and so only one of us was able to shower as the tub was 3/4 full. The manager who was delightful and gave me points.
