  The staff were very polite and welcoming. The condition of the hotel, in my opinion, needs a complete face-lift. Rooms are furnished with furniture my grandma had as a child. Breakfast was OK, but could have been much better, considering the price per night. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I would not recommend this hotel.

  Stayed at the Best Western Tyrolean Lodge September 12 to 13, 2026, and I wish I'd seen an honest review before booking. The shower had visible mold, and the whole room smelled like mildew the moment we walked in. The towels had hair on them, and the carpet felt crusty underfoot. It was gross enough that I didn't feel comfortable in the room. I've stayed at plenty of Best Westerns and expected the usual clean, reliable basics. This one fell well short. I'd skip it until management addresses the cleanliness issues.

  This hotel is very dated. The worst thing about it was the bad odor upon entering and in the hallways smells like old cigarettes and cirty carpet. It's overpriced and not up to reasonable Best Western standards

  Stayed here last minute when I couldn’t get a room in Stanley after hiking in the Sawtooths. This hotel was super cozy and I loved the common areas. The breakfast was pretty impressive and given how expensive Ketchum is this place was a great deal and within walking distance to town. Would definitely stay here again!
