  Stayed a night here while on our way to Yellowstone NP. Made reservations online through their website. We were able to get a corporate discount through my husband's company. Our room was $84/night. This seemed very reasonable for the amenities and room quality. Our king bed room (#107) was on the first floor with a view of the parking lot. We requested that view during booking, since we were road tripping with my husband's classic car and wanted to keep an eye on it. Our room was very clean. We really liked the easy pull up and down blinds. There were two, one normal shade and one sun block shade. The bed was very comfortable. We both slept great! The A/C unit had an odd smell, so we shut it off and just opened the window for cool air. We appreciated the larger refrigerator with small freezer inside. The only thing we felt the room was missing was a luggage rack. I prefer to keep my suitcase off the floor, and we never stay longer than a night so unpacking is unnecessary. Our only gripe with this location is the timeliness or lack of communication. I texted the number they texted me for pre check-in and twice they replied with 'we're really busy, please call us if you need immediate assistance'. We'll it wasn't pressing, just general questions about pricing and check-out procedures. I never received a response text, so I called the next morning before check-out. Not the best communication. Overall, we were happy with our stay here. We would recommend, and would stay here again.

  What a great location! Driving a uhaul from Washington to Colorado and found this location on Maps. I was very impressed how nice this Best Western is! The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was awesome! Please tell the lady making omelette she's amazing!

  This is a great hotel with nice rooms and an outstanding breakfast including made to order omelettes. Dropping a review on here so I remember this is a great stop in Southern Idaho.

  A good spot to rest for a night as we passed through the area. The front desk services were professional but I wished they were more welcoming for us at both checking in and out. Our king suites was big and clean and the AC didn’t have a musty smell which is a bonus. Love that it was clean and not dusty! The breakfast was ok but what stood out was the egg station: They actually have someone there to cook your order, making REAL eggs (cook to order) the way you’d want it. They have a small piece of paper that you can mark how you want your eggs/omelets cooked. The lady making it was very nice, even brought our orders to our table. They have a tip jar there, so I gave her a good tip afterwards because I really appreciated her and wanted to thank her. The location is nice, close a Walmart, gas stations, McDonald's and other establishments. The swimming pool in indoor, not sure if it is heated or not since we didn't use it. And it is open 24 hours, so if you are a night owl and want to go for a swim, this is a plus. Their lobby is clean and looks warm with a fireplace and windows looking into the swimming pool area. One thing though: They do not have an elevator, so be aware. The stairs are doable, not terrible, cuz they are split so each level has s few steps but if you have mobility issues or have alot to carry, just be aware of it so you can ask for the first floor when booking. Overall, a clean hotel, safe location and good services (breakfast). Front desk could be a little more friendly though cuz they were professional but dry when we checked in and out.
