  We had a wonderful stay at this family-operated Best Western property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Idaho Falls. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a spacious family suite for our family of three, which was extremely comfortable. The room was spotless, fresh, and completely free of any unpleasant odors. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The made-to-order omelets were delicious and a great way to start the day. The location is excellent as well. The hotel is directly across from the famous Idaho Falls Trail, offering beautiful views and easy access to one of the area’s most scenic attractions. What impressed us most was the exceptional customer service. After we checked out, the staff kindly called us to let us know that we had accidentally left a bag of snacks in the room refrigerator. And they helped to store the bag in the front desk refrigerator until we could return to pick it up. We were truly touched by their thoughtfulness. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, a great location, and staff who genuinely care about their guests—this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again.

  I have a difficult time saying enough great things about this place. For starters, the location is perfect. Waking distance and safe to loud of restaurants within a half mile. It's across the street from the river, which is gorgeous, too. Added bonus. The people who work here are tirelessly friendly. You truly get the feeling that they enjoy what they do. Rooms are comfortable, full of pillows - four per bed. Bathrooms are clean. Plug ins are good, too. TV is great, as well. There's a little fridge that's nice and cold in the room, too, as well as coffee and tea. The exterior corridors are very very well lit, but the light doesn't seep into the rooms. The pool is clean, warm, and there's plenty of furniture around to sit in or lie on. There's even a grill out there. Towels, too. The community is not to be overlooked here, either. You'll meet someone in the parking lot and have an hour long conversation. Parking is excellent here, too. Parking lot is well lit and safe, too. We stay here every time we're in town. I just won't stay anywhere else. I can. I just won't. 10 of 10, folks. Keep it up. Vaughn Thompsons Station, TN

  Exceptional hotel! The hot tub is probably the nicest I've been in, room was super clean and comfortable, and so nice to be able to park right at the door. The staff was beyond helpful and kind. They have a very handy laundry room, and bikes to rent. Awesome location, right across the street from the river, riverwalk path, and the falls. Super quick walk across the bridge to some great restaurants. I was so surprised that this ended up being the hands-down best hotel on our long road trip. You can tell it's got good vibes and people by how happy the fiddle leaf fig in the lobby is.

  The Best Western Driftwood Inn is a great place to stay friendly people wonderful location, and breakfast. Is in my opinion world renowned. You should not miss this place the banana bread that is made fresh by the chef is absolutely wonderful it is life-changing. The pool is warm the hot tub is wonderful exercise room is complete this is the place to stay when you come to Idaho Falls Idaho I recommend it!! One of the best hotels in IdahoFalls ID.
