  Hotel is OK, but Wifi, staff and service is the worst I ever experienced at a Holiday Inn Hotel. First of all the available data is limited, which may be OK if you do normal stuff but if you want to upload professional photos via Amazon Photo - forget it. After around 800-900 MB your computer won't do anything. Even normal web pages won't work anymore. I never experienced something like this on my international trips. We are living in the year 2026 and this management limits the traffic? Wow great. It is OK to limit upload speed but traffic? You are kidding me? Second: the staff doesn't even care. We booked a high class room and get such an awful service. Thank you, as a Holiday Inn member I will complain at the head office. Never experienced something like that in my 60+ Holiday Inn stays.

  I want to start with the good. Kevin, thank you for going above and beyond and giving me those band-aids. I wasn’t expecting it, and I’m grateful. Our room was nice, everything we needed. The bad: though it was technically not your fault of the re-tarring of the parking lot at Marriott; it did put us in a bad situation. Please communicate with your neighbors about any upcoming event and/or services, maintenance happening. Because ONLY Marriott’s side parking was taped off. When we checked out, our exit…was closed. We couldn’t get out. We had to‘communicate’ with the guys repaving the parking lot. Now, I am not happy with Marriott and they are going to hear about this. I’m bringing this to your attention because I am well aware that Sterling Management owns the StayBridge at the bottom of the hill. Your brother got a lecture on communication as well. I hope, for your hotel, there will be improvements. Your communication is better than your StayBridge. You made me informed of the water maintenance you will be doing on the 19th. Thank you. But please communicate with your adjoined property the Marriott. Thank you again.

  Best Holiday Inn Express I’ve EVER stayed in. And I’ve stayed in a lot. Visited Couer d’Alene for the first time and couldn’t have chose a better place to stay for those few days. Great service, clean hotel, and amazing staff. 10/10

  I spent 9 days here during a move. All I can say is that it was 5 stars in how I was treated . The kindness caring and overall service of the staff is incredible . Andy, Neecia, Dawn Michelle etc etc It's exemplary ! They made a bad situation fun. The food was amazing . Overall delightful.
