- KCKent Carpenter3 days ago5.0As soon as I walked in the front door, I felt very welcomed. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating for my service dog in needs. The room was very clean and the view over the river and into the mountains was spectacular. Breakfast was very good as well. The food was better than the pictures showed. Excellent place!!!!

If u are ever in the area, come in fot wonderful food. They have a 2 casinos. One is for non smoking. Plenty of options. They don't serve alcohol but u can buy it. The smoking casino directly across from the non smoking room is exceptionally smelly. THEY REALLY need a better filtration system. I dnt smoke anymore, so I'm not a fan of being confined with those who do. Definitely grateful for the non smoking side.

We were tired of the paper plates, plastic cups and 'cheap' at other hotels .... so when we got ceramic cups, glasses, quality plates and cutlery we were very happy. The security guys were happy to send a luggage dolly to our building...very helpful, customer focus. The town center is a short walk from the lobby. If there is a down side, the train tracks are close by, and they sound their hor s for the crossing.
